Situated at the end of a quarter mile gravel drive this fully equipped pet friendly home includes a fenced back yard. It's three bedrooms and two full baths with an open kitchen/living area great for hanging out with friends the night before a long gravel ride, fishing tournament or hunt. The sun room front porch has the strongest internet signal, most carriers have pretty poor signal within the house. Washer, dryer and dishwasher are included. There's no hunting or shooting allowed on the property but it's a good place to sight in your bow or ready your boat before accessing the 1000's of public and walk in hunting acres within a twenty minute drive. We're also a short drive from accessing the Flint Hills Bike Trail in Osage City. Approximately a 15 minute drive to the boat ramps at Melvern Lake, John Redmond Reservoir or Coffee County Fishing Lake. It's about a 20 minute drive to the Flint Hills Wildlife refuge to hunt or birdwatch. True Kansas country living and an outdoorsman's paradise!
