"The House of the South"<br>Spacious villa of 130 m2 with private pool and large garden in a green setting for 6 people 15 minutes from Hyères.<br>In La Londes les Maures, it is located in one of the Valcros estates with many walks or bike rides from the house, very close to the international golf course of Valcros, a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of the Var (Estagnol, Pellegrin, Argentière), as well as the kite and windsurfing spots of Almanarre and the pier for the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Levant.<br><br>It consists of <br>- a living room with a large living and dining room of 35 m2 giving access to a covered terrace of 35 m2 with a dining area and a lounge area.<br>- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace<br>- a sleeping area on the same level with two bedrooms each with a double bed 180/200 and storage, a bathroom with bath and double sinks, a separate toilet, a shower room with toilet, a hallway.<br>- An upstairs bedroom with a double bed 140/200 and cupboard.<br><br>Outside downstairs from the property:<br>- the 8 m by 4 m swimming pool secured by an alarm, with shower and deckchairs bordered by a large terrace.<br>- The pool terrace for moments of conviviality shaded and equipped lounge.<br><br>In the shade of a cork oak, a relaxing/reading room.<br><br><br>Amenities: A 5-minute walk away is a well-stocked mini-market, a 5-minute drive is a supermarket and local fruit and vegetable vendors.<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a capsule coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a sodastream and all the crockery necessary for a good stay.<br>Also available is an electric plancha, a TV, wifi, a washing machine.<br>Bed linen is provided and installed, as is towels.
