    Excellent situated chalet in a great ski resort

    Bad host

    They were three hour late with the check in time and was still “cleaning it” The Property is 20 minute walk from the lift and the restaurants area. Property manger is very rude and disrespectful. He was randomly texting us and asking for more money and he leaves his car parked in front of the cabin so there is no parking available nearby. The neighborhood can get loud at nighttime so probably not a good property for a family with kids. The view from the back porch is nice.

    Concernant votre arrivée effectivement vous deviez arriver 3h plus tôt (13h au lieu de 16h) mais j’ai oublié de prévenir la conciergerie de votre heure anticipée, c’est ma faute. Par contre comme il est stipulé sur l’annonce les draps et serviettes sont en supplément si désirés. Vous les avez pris en arrivant mais avez par la suite refusé de les payer. Vous avez tenté de négocier par sms mais j’ai refusé. Vous avez quitté le chalet sans prévenir de votre heure de départ en laissant vos poubelles, toutes les lumières allumées, la porte d’entrée ouverte et les draps non sortis des lits malgré les instructions laissées à votre arrivée. Vous avez été très irrespectueux des lieux. Concernant l’emplacement, il va falloir m’expliquer comment vous mettez 20minutes de la rue des ardoisieres à la première remontée qui est celle du diable? Quant au quartier bruyant, il s’agit d’une impasse au bout des deux alpes très calme mais a proche de la place de l’alpe de Venosc. Enfin, concernant le parking, n’étant pas sur place je me demande bien comment j’aurais pu être garé devant en vous empêchant d’y stationner ?? Un commentaire de très mauvaise foi pour quelqu’un d’irrespectueux dans la propriété.

    Great living area, but dodgy electrics and lack of bedroom storage

    The position of the chalet was perfect for us, quiet but within easy walking distance of the centre of town. The kitchen and sitting room area was fantastic and gave for a very pleasant living and entertaining space. Unfortunately the electrics need some serious investigation. We could not operate the lights in both upstairs bedrooms at the same time - turning the light on in one room turned it off in the other!! Clearly a fundamental fault with the wiring. None of the sockets worked in one bedroom and very few worked in the other bedroom upstairs! The bathroom downstairs had exposed wires and the back of the light switch. We reported these issues but they were not dealt with. There were both square and rectangular pillows, but only pillow cases for square. We requested rectangular pillow cases but none came. Strangely there was no clothes storage in any of the bedrooms. No wardrobes and no chests of drawers which lead us to live out of our suitcases all week which was not great. Overall, the chalet was nice and we did enjoy our stay. The living space has clearly been modernised and reflects this attention, but the rest of the chalet could benefit from this attention now.

    Een chalet met zeer goede bedden en een prachtig terras met bijzonder uitzicht. nadelen, 1- bijna geen schoonmaakartikelen in chalet aanwezig. 2- tuinmeubilair was niet bruikbaar of niet aanwezig. Toch zou ik deze locatie zo opnieuw huren

    Chalet agréable

    Chalet agréable, au calme avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et piste, pièce à vivre spacieuse et une cuisine neuve bien équipée, chambres avec grands lits confortables cependant II manque du rangement pour les habits , le chalet est proche de toute commodité 5 minutes à pied.
