Wir hatten eine tolle zeit aber es gab ein paar Ungenauigkeiten, wie das es eher eine Wohnung ist und das meer ca. 10 minuten entfernt ist (was aber trotzdem super nah ist). Im großen ganzen war es aber traumhaft!

Comfortabel huis nabij de kust

Mooi ruim huis met de basis benodigdheden. Keuken wel niet voorzien om heel uitgebreid te kokkerellen. Proper en dubbel airco om het aangenaam fris te houden. Mooi groot zwembad en bbq. Sympathieke bovenbuur die fungeert als huisbaas concierge voor onderhoud zwembad, checkin etc. en die ook meerdere talen spreekt voor info over de buurt. Oliva zelf is een rustig kustdorpje met enkel laagbouw en veel Spaanse toeristen. Geen Denia of Benidorm toestanden. Mooi strand zonder grote drukte. Verschillende bakkers en resto's op wandelafstand. Oliva stad op 4km vlot met de wagen bereikbaar.

Schöne Woche mit Pool

Das Ferienhaus ist schön gelegen mit einen tollen Pool (bitte auf die Sauberkeitdes Wassers achten). Der schöne Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Etwas irritierend war für uns, dass es sich doch nicht um ein Ferienhaus handelt, sondern um eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoß

schönes Häuschen an traumhafter Lage

Der Nachbar der Hauses ist für alles zuständig und macht einen super Job! Das Ahus war sauber und alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Nach unserer Abreise wollte man uns defekte am Haus verrechnen für welche wir nicht verantwprtlich waren. Das konnten wir aber klären. Alles in allem wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Très bien

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est superbe, le voisin Daniel est celui qui prend en charge les locataires, il nous a laissé accès à sa piscine qui se trouve dans le jardin d'à côté donc belle surprise non prévue sur l'annonce par contre Daniel est toujours présent donc parfois un peu exigeant concernant le bruit.

A 10 min de la plage

La maison super, le jardín tres sympa avec un petit. Cela a été facile de récupérer et de rendre les clefs. Jean Luc nous a proportionné lit parapluie chaise haute et baignoire bébé. Il manquait peut être un micró ondes et des couverts plus fonctionnels mais nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.

Bonjour Nous avons passé de superbes vacances !! La maison est très agréable et pratique. On a vraiment apprécié le calme et le fait de se rendre à pied à la plage. Un grand merci à Danilo et Jean Luc Kursner pour leur gentillesse !
