Independent accommodation of 105 m² located on the first floor of an old building, in the middle of nature in the wine domain of Château Rouquette sur Mer, only 2 km from the centre of the resort of Narbonne-Plage and the beach!

Free parking on the estate, in the immediate vicinity of the gîte.
Non smoking accomodation.
The accommodation is located on the first and last floor of the old building, accessible by a staircase. It consists of an entrance hall, leading to a living/dining room with 2 sofas, TV and a table for 6. The fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
The corridor leads to 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (160x200), 1 with 2 single beds (90x190), and 2 bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower. There is also one bed more for 1 Person.
The flat has a washing machine.
Château Rouquette sur Mer is a family estate whose current buildings have been established since 1880 near the sea, at the foot of the cliffs of La Clape. Put down your suitcases in this green setting, in the middle of vineyards and walking paths, while being very close to the sea and the dynamic family resorts of Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan!
