This pleasant flat of about 44m² is composed of a living room with flat screen TV and a convertible sofa bed, an open kitchen equipped with a 4 hotplates cooker and electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with one 140cm bed each, a bathroom and an independent toilet.

You can enjoy the large garden surrounding the house!

Settle outside for lunch and grilling with its charcoal barbecue.

PETS NOT ALLOWED - PARKING ON THE COMMON AREA

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
