The Neighborhood:
This cabin is tucked into the hills just 3.6 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. With unbeatable views of Mt. LeConte and close access to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, it's the perfect combination of peaceful retreat and prime location.
Getting Around:
The cabin is easily accessible via fully paved roads.
We recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any cabin stay in the Smoky Mountains. While the roads are smooth, a 4x4 is always a good idea during winter or rainy weather for added safety.
Other Things to Note:
• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this cabin.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
• A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel. While paved, the roads can be affected by seasonal conditions.
• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and typically operate from October through March, depending on the weather.
• Coffee maker includes both Keurig and regular drip—please bring your own coffee.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
