Property is in town , with no steep or windy roads. Plenty of yard spaces to roam. Enjoy peace and quiet with the View of the Smoky Mountains. It is one level, kids and pet friendly(Outdoor fenced gated area for pets, NOT full house) with 10 minutes to Dollywood with less than 3 minutes to groceries, shows, and shopping areas.

Sleeping arrangements will accommodate up to 9 Guests.

We do allow pets. There is a pet fee of $89 per pet.
NOTE: NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS POLICY APPLIES. Guests not on reservation will not be allowed at the property at anytime. Please make sure number of Guests is correct upon booking.

Quick weekend getaway

My oldest daughter had a volleyball tournament in Sevierville and this cabin was the perfect stay for myself and my three children! After a long trip from Indiana, our Check in was effortless and the activities on site kept them completely entertained during the rainy moments we had! Will most certainly keep this listing in mind for future visits!

Excellent Property

The cabin was perfect! Plenty of room for 5 adults and pets. The outdoor space was perfect; really enjoyed the swings. Loved the separate space for dogs. Even though cabin is in Sevierville it was an easy drive to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Used Waze maps for traveling and was able to use some of the back roads to avoid the backed-up traffic. Would definitely book again when coming back to the area.

Good stay overall

The cabin was nice but the yard needed mowed and the outside landscape needed done. The water heater was loud in the middle of the night and woke us up. The lot beside the cabin had workers come in early morning to get equipment but was extremely loud. I would definitely stay in that cabin again though.

Very misleading

In my opinion 450 a night is double what it’s worth. The mini golf was horrible broken. The pool table and arcade I wouldn’t consider a game room. Very hot and uncomfortable they need 2 air conditioning units for that house. Won’t be staying again or recommending

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Perfect location, very clean and wheelchair accessible. Main restroom is fairly wheelchair accessible, door doesn’t open fully but if you can walk around it, you’ll be fine but if you need to fully get your chair in, won’t work. Overall it was a great experience.

I wanted a cabin that was not too big and this was perfect. Very clean when we arrived. Check in was smooth, no issues during our stay. It was off the busy, main route, so no sitting in traffic. Definitely will book again!

Grill was Bad had to by gas then wouldn't stay on.. out 30 bucks..hot tub was so dirty couldn't use it(and thats one of the things the girls wanted)kitchen water sprayer .was messed up ..grass was very high.but we got by it was close to everything...

Little Cabin Getaway

Cabin was perfect for our group of 8 adults and our pups! Very spacious throughout the cabin with a large backyard. A few things to keep in mind… there are no handicap rails in the bathroom that would have been helpful and also, if you bring pups be sure to bring a flashlight for the pet landing as there was no outdoor lights in that direction. Overall, it was the perfect distance from the busy-ness of the town! We would definitely stay again!

The property was very clean and the check in/ out was very easy. The backyard is not completely fenced in which was a surprise since we brought our fur baby. The cabin is in what I would describe as more of a residential area. Not the traditional cabin setting. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great experience. The dog yard was pretty nasty from the previous owners, but that's not your fault. I cleaned it up, but they had put the dog poop in the trash can in the dog area, and it was disgusting. Everything else was perfect.

Birthday Weekend

Our family planned a weekend together to celebrate our daughter's 22nd birthday. We had hoped for a cabin with a lovely view. The cabin inside was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. However, when we arrived we realized that there was a trailer storage facility beside and behind the cabin. This cannot be seen from the photos. The outside was not as picturesque as we had hoped.

The property was very nice. Easy to get to. I like the outdoor space for our dog. The inside cabin was very nice and very spacious for my husband and I and son. The bathrooms were nice also. It did take a while for the cabin to cool down. In the living room / rec room, and kitchen stayed a little bit warmer than the rest of the rooms but the bedrooms were nice and cool at night. The kitchen had everything you needed. Except for food of course. We would definitely stay there again. Even our dog felt right at home.

Perfect option for a quaint getaway. Very accessible to entertainment, attraction and dining areas. Easy check in and check out process...love the secure entry and exit locking mechanism. The cabin presents beautifully upon entry and is much more spacious than perceived. All amenities were excellent and everything was super clean upon arrival (such a bonus). We especially enjoyed the royal touch of towel swans in each bedroom...super cute and creative. We loved the game area with the pool tables and arcade games. We slept very comfortably with the nice beds and plush pillows. We didn't have an opportunity to use the hot tub this trip but it was nice to have the option to do so. This cabin has everything you need and more and upon our next visit, we will definitely book again if available.

Good location to attend Dollywood .

Too many thing to do when leaving. After paying $79 for each dog .instruction to sweep floor was unusual. Cleanup fee was high after requiring sweeping floor. We woke up in the middle of night with the smoke detectors beeping, as batteries were low. Suggest replacing batteries every 6 months. Likes having a fenced in dog run.

However, I’m confuse on the comment about sweeping the floors? We do not ask our Guests to sweep the floors, things like that are done by the Cleaners upon your check out.
