Pierre was a great host - good communication through the booking process & ahead of arrival. The apartment is as lovely as the photos. Situated on the slopes at 1800 above the chaud sport ski rental & snack bar / small shop. There is an easy walk to the main resort at 1600 (bit more challenging on the way home) & the apartment is equipped so well - really a home from home! Well worth hiring sheets & towels as they were excellent quality. All in all a lovely stay in a beautiful resort.

Perfect location and well-equiped appartment

The appartment is situated in a large complex, with a ski box on the ground flour. One of the ski stores (Chaud 1800) is located directly below the complex, which was very convenient. When you step out of the ski box you are directly on the red ski piste (clot d'aval) but you can easily walk a few metres (I think about eight metres) up with the stairs and then cross the ski piste to the green/blue slope down to the Bergerie lift. This was perfect so that also the beginner skiers could ski down from the appartment. This is absolutely the best thing about the appartment. Furthermore it was well equiped with everything you need. The kitchen is quite small (only suitable for 1 person at a time) but contains an oven, dishwasher, fridge and induction stove. Pierre is kind and straightforward. At one point the sink of one of the showers was clogged, Pierre was present within a few hours to fix the issue. The ski area is perfect for beginners and average skiers, not too big. Small store at the foot of the complex where you can get fresh baguette and croissants from 08:00 in the morning. All in all we had a wonderful stay!

Très douillet, confortable et parfaitement équipé, il offre tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi.Sa situation est idéale, au pied des pistes, ce qui le rend particulièrement pratique, notamment avec le casier à skis bien aménagé.Un grand merci également au propriétaire pour son accueil.Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et esperons pouvoir revenir !

Appartement très moderne, élégant et bien agencé (la cuisine est un peu étroite). C'est très confortable d'avoir deux salles de bain/WC pour 6 personnes. Il y a beaucoup de rangements et plein de petits détails très pratiques (Par exemple même les lits superposés ont une petite table de nuit chacun).L'accès aux pistes est vraiment très pratique, difficile de faire plus près (5m entre la sortie du local à ski et la piste). La résidence en elle-même est moderne et propre.Très contents de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L’hôte est très à l’écoute des problèmes que l’on peut rencontrer y compris de trajet ce qui est très appréciable et rare. L’appartement est très bien agencé, très agréable et très bien équipé. Pour le ski, il s’agit d’un vrai appartement pied des pistes.

Superbe!!

Superbe semaine de vacances passée en famille dans ce très bel appartement propre, très bien agencé, équipé et optimisé même pour 6 personnes. Accueil impeccable par le propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant. Véritable experience ski aux pieds, la piste est à 5m de la sortie de l'immeuble et du casier à ski là encore parfaitement optimisé (félicitations au bricoleur!) Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!

Logement bien agencé et très bien équipé entre autres au niveau de la cuisine avec beaucoup de rangements. Idéal pour 4 personnes. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines en août et avons pu réaliser différentes activités (randonnées, luge d’été, VTT, canyoning, visite de Briançon…). Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir nous baigner dans la piscine de la résidence. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Cet appartement est très bien aménagé, la déco soignée, bien équipée. Les deux salles de bains et les deux wc sont très appréciables. La localisation « skis aux pieds » est parfaite et le casier à skis est aménagé de façon très astucieuse. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour , ensoleillé et avons pu apprécier les pistes de ski ainsi que les belles randonnées à pieds et en raquettes

Un séjour piccobello !

Appartement très spacieux, avec 3 chambres et 2 sdb, avec même un balcon. Chaleureux accueil à notre arrivée, appartement pourvu de tout avec une place de parking au sous-sol. Très bien situé à 180, il ne reste plus qu’à chausser les skis en sortant du bâtiment et c’est parti.
