⭐️ STYLISH & COMFORTABLE AMENITIES:
This home offers vaulted ceilings, fireplace with electric fire log heater (no need to worry about fire hazards!), and cozy den with additional sleeping options (perfect for the kids & multi family stays). To ensure that you wake up when you’re ready, not when the sun’s ready, all bedrooms offer blackout curtains. Upstairs you will find the master with en-suite, the 2nd guest room that can be arranged as either two twins or a king according to your needs (please notify us within 24 hours of check in if you have a preference), and a separate full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Downstairs you will find the 3rd guest room and main full bathroom. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, mouthwash, blow dryer, towels, washcloths, makeup removing cloths, and laundry baskets.
🧑‍🍳 KITCHEN AMENITIES:
We will happily stock the refrigerator before you check-in by picking up your pre-paid curbside groceries and putting everything in place. Simply place your order for pickup the day before check in, and message me with the confirmation details. You're going to love the updated kitchen, with butcher block counter tops, farmhouse table, and rolling granite topped island. We include a variety of breakfast items for your convenience (flavored oatmeal, cold cereal, coffee, tea, and more seasonally). Help yourself to coffee/sugar/sugar substitute/creamer, tea, and a variety of pantry and breakfast items. You will find a wide a variety of pots, pans, roasting pans, electric griddle, blender, slow cooker, ice cream maker, 12 cup coffee maker, French press, milk frother, utensils, and more!

Need to do a bit of work while away from home? We have a quiet space just for you complete with a large desk space. Enjoy movie night in the living room, or unwind in any of the bedrooms/sleeping spaces with flat screen smart TVs that come with streaming cable service (YouTubeTV), Netflix, or log in with your own streaming account (Amazon Prime Video, etc.). High speed Wi-Fi throughout the home makes staying connected while you relax a breeze.
🏓 RECREATION ROOM & OUTDOOR SPACES:
Want to stay in and “play” at home? Make use of our garage rec room! It comes with seating, a bar top & stools, ping pong table, corn hole boards, and a variety of outdoor games for fun in the yard! Enjoy relaxing, dining, and BBQing under the fan lined covered patio that overlooks the spacious backyard complete with fire pit, hammock chairs, and koi pond.
🚘 PARKING:
Ample parking for guests (NOT TO EXCEED six vehicles), or space for your boat, RV, or travel trailer. The maximum sleeping occupancy is for the entire property, if guests arrive by RV or travel trailer those numbers must be included (ie it would violate maximum occupancy to have 9 in the home and 4 more sleeping in an RV or travel trailer outside) If you have any questions or concerns about your vehicles fitting, please reach out as there is no street or grass parking allowed.

A full sized washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay. You will find detergent pods, homemade natural washing powder mix, fabric softener, vinegar, dryer sheets, wool dryer balls & essential oils, spray starch, ironing board, iron, and clothes steamer available to help you look your best while on vacation!
