What could be better! This STUDIO-CABIN is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne and the beach.

Located on the ground floor of the building "Les Pélicans", it is composed of an entrance cabin with 2 bunk beds (90cm), a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV, a kitchen area equipped with a 2 burner vitro hob, a microwave, a mini oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a shower room with toilet and a washing machine.

Beautiful small terrace with garden furniture.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.

Location correcte vu l année de construction résidence très calme proche de toutes commodités les employés de lagence de location sont très sympathique et accueillant je pense y revenir et je la recommande à mes proches et amis très très belle région

Bien situé mais équipements vétustes et propreté discutable

Location gérée par square habitat. Occupée par 2 adultes + 2 enfants pour 15 jours : À l'étroit pour 4... Les + : bien situé, nul besoin de la voiture durant les 15 jours de séjour, voisinage sympa. Machine à laver pratique. Les - : Propreté discutable, nous avons dû refaire un gros ménage à notre arrivée. Poussière / traces d'urines WC + lavabo tâchés de traces de dentifrice /' traces noires dans la douche. Graisse sur la crédence carrelée de la cuisine.... sol sale (photos transmises à l'agence) Équipement ménager : un balai usé+++ / serpillère usée +++. Nous avons terminé nos 2 derniers jours sans eau chaude. La résidence le vallon n'est pas éclairée toute la nuit, après minuit accès dans le noir complet pour entrer, traverser les allées / parkings et rejoindre les différentes résidences.
