Appartement sur la plage et vue sur la mer, idéalement bien placé pour aller en ville en toute autonomie.
Voiture déposée sur un parking sécurisé, nous a permis de tout faire à pied.
L'appartement est très bien agencé. Spacieux et très qualitatif. Le lieux reste atypique situé dans l'ancienne piscine de Royan.
