Sie haben recht, GolfersHeaven liegt nicht nur fantastisch am schönen Golfplatz Kingswood, sondern auch unglaublich zentral. 10 weitere großartige Golfplätze sind innerhalb von nur 10 Min. bis ca. 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit erreichbar. Auch für die Aktivitäten von "Nichtgolfern" ist die Lage von GolfersHeaven ideal. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung herrliche Strände und so viel zu erleben, dass großartige neue Eindrücke und Urlaubserlebnisse garantiert sind. Und in die "Stadt" und zur großen Mall mit ca. 150 Geschäften und Restaurants fährt man auch nur 5 bis 10 Min. Liebe Gerda, lieber Gerhard, bitte denken Sie daran, alle guten Dinge sind 3 ! Liebe Frau B., herzlichen Dank für Ihre ausgezeichnete Beurteilung! Wir haben einige Jahre in SA im Urlaub Häuser gemietet, bevor wir GolfersHeaven gekauft haben. Der „Empfang“spielte sich oft so ab, dass man uns mitgeteilt hat, wo man den Schlüssel findet. Und so „persönlich“ ging es dann auch die folgenden Tage weiter. Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren nur nach nervenden Versuchen zu erreichen. Unser Ziel war – feel like coming home – dass für unsere Gäste der Urlaub wirklich in der 1. Minute beginnt und auch während des Aufenthalts unsere Managerin sich um unsere Gäste kümmert. Unsere Managerin vor Ort, die Maid und selbst der Gärtner verstehen inzwischen, dass wir unseren Gästen ein „rundum sorglos Paket“ bieten wollen – die Vorraussetzung für einen erholsamen Urlaub. I contact today cloud connect ( our internet provider) and they told me: All service providers currently supply very slow internet in George. Gut, dass Sie das Thema „Sicherheit“ ansprechen: Kriminelle Vorkommnisse, die man hier in den Zeitungen liest, sind in George wirklich nicht vorstellbar. Wir haben auf der Garden Route und speziell im Kingswood Golf Estate noch keine Minute auch nur ein unangenehmes Gefühl gehabt. „Aller guten Dinge sind Drei“ - wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder in GolfersHeaven willkommen zu heißen! Dear Mr J.L, as you were writing quite a lot and precisely, I have the responsibility to answer in detail as well. The welcome gift, a bottle of champagne, which was available in the living room, should have given you the feeling of being welcome. It is a pity, that was obviously for nothing. I believe that you were disappointed as you have expected warmer temperatures. But as you have already been in South Africa for five times then you should have known that September (changing from winter to spring) would not be the best month to make “beach” holidays. However, it doesn’t seem to be the Antarctic either. Amusedly we have read how you supposedly were sitting fully wrapped up in front of the heating (which by the way is an exquisitely good one). In the master bedroom is also an excellent heating. Our manager still immediately agreed on that you brought a heater blower – even though the electricity is very expensive in South Africa. And please understand that I have to look after the money a bit, considering that you had an exceptional price without charging for the maidservice twice a week nor the final cleaning. As you have used gas and electricity in one week as much as our guests usually would use in three weeks, I made you the offer that we share the additional costs. Even though that was only a little amount (you have also mentioned it), you have refused that offer. For me it is important that my guests are happy and satisfied and that is why I accepted it without following up on you again! Before your holidays I have already told you that the internet doesn’t have the speed in South Africa as we might be used to in Europe. Referring to your information on fans: we are usually in South Africa during the hottest time; in GolfersHeaven you don’t need ceiling fans at all. The house builder is an architect and he was building in such a smart way that the house is never getting too warm inside. You could convince yourself during the summer time. However, in that month GolfersHeaven will “be a bit more expensive” – which you for sure will understand, right? Best regards, S.M.-K

Aber "Südafrika ist groß" und George Gottseidank nicht Johannisburg. Das Gefühl der Sicherheit haben Sie auf der gesamten Gardenroute und besonders im Kingswood Golf Estate fühlen sich unsere Gäste zu Recht absolut sicher. In Kingswood können Sie jederzeit das Haus verlassen, ohne die Fenster zu schließen, selbst die Türe abzuschließen ist kein "Muß" . Sie werden keine unangenehmen Überraschungen erleben.
