This Flagship Rentals property has three bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen with a granite island, and a fireplace on 1.25 acres of land. Enjoy watching wildlife like deer and wild turkeys. Rural quiet setting near walking paths and lakes. Despite its rural feel, it's conveniently located near all Twin Cities locations, including Woodbury, St Paul, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, and Mall of America.
Our home is ideal for short stays or month-long stays. Take advantage of our discounted monthly rates.
Flagship Rentals is a family-owned vacation rental company that has been operating since 1984. We take pride in ensuring that all our properties are well-maintained for years of enjoyment.
To add value, the accommodation rates are based on an occupancy of 3 individuals, including children one-year-old and older. Additional charges apply for extra persons per night. To ensure accurate rates, kindly specify the correct number of occupants.
*Guest Private Use and Access: Guests have exclusive private use of the upper levels of the home (three bedrooms, two baths, and the upper deck overlooking the backyard), as well as a private parking pad that can accommodate four cars. Our focus is on your privacy while renting Lake Elmo Place.
*Separate Private Suite: The home's lower level (basement walk-out) includes a separate private Suite. There are no cross-traffic or shared living spaces; its separate entry and driveway ensure your utmost privacy. Guests cannot access or use the lower-level Suite, patio below the upper deck, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and use the separate private Suite anytime. We prioritize our Guests' privacy.
• The booking guest, who must be at least 25 years old, is the Responsible Party and must be present throughout the reservation.
• Strict policies against parties, events, or excessive drinking.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced in this residential area. A signed Rental Agreement and a government photo ID are required for all reservations.
Please take note of the following policy regarding pets:
- We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Breed and size may be restricted. Please contact us before making your booking for complete details.
-After completing your reservation, an additional $175 applies for the second dog (if applicable), along with a $350 cleaning fee.
- Prior to your arrival, you will need to sign a pet addendum.
• The booking guest, who must be at least 25 years old, is the Responsible Party and must be present throughout the reservation.
* A signed Rental Agreement and a valid picture ID must be provide prior to Check In Date.
• Strict policies against parties, events, or excessive drinking.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced in this residential area.
