About this property

House at the lake with its own lake plot very quiet

Idyllic cottage for 2 people with private lake and parking. The house has a living-dining room, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, and a bedroom with box spring bed and natural wood wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and toilet.
The entire apartment was renovated for the 2017 season.
On the covered terrace are garden furniture, as are 2 sun loungers available.
Interesting destinations are Schwetzingen, Speyer, Ladenburg, Mannheim, Heidelberg in the vicinity, as well as the Odenwald and the Palatinate. It is a summer house, from November to incl. March can not be booked. If the apartment has to be heated in the transitional period, electricity costs will be charged according to consumption with 0.25 € / kWh.

Prachtig huisje in een prachtige omgeving

Het huisje ligt aan een meer waar je heerlijk kunt zwemmen. Bij aankomst zijn we zeer vriendelijk verwelkomd door onze gastheer. Het huisje is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks de hitte hebben we een erg fijne week gehad

Traumhafte Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Stille um den See herum ist magisch. Früh morgens umgeben von der Natur aufzuwachen ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen, ebenso lässt die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns rundherum pudelwohl gefühlt und danken Hr. Schäfer für seine außerordentliche Gastfreundschaft.

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Badesee.

Gepflegtes Haus und angenehmer Gastgeber. Problemloses ein- und aus-checken. Der direkte Zugang zum Badesee ist vom Garten des Hauses möglich. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und kann daher auch bei Regen genutzt werden. Insgesamt eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Im Häuschen haben wir fast alles vorgefunden, was man zu zweit braucht (ein paar größere Tassen und wirksamer Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse wären schön). Die exklusive Lage mit eigenem Seezugang, Liegewiese und Terrasse hat uns bei bestem Wetter begeistert. Auch rundum kann man schönes unternehmen, gut essen und einkaufen - sehr zu empfehlen!

Erholung pur

Wir haben zu zweit 5 Tage bei tollen sommerlichen Wetter direkt mit eigenem Zugang zum See sehr erholsame Tage verbracht. Das sehr saubere Objekt, das vom Müllbeutel bis zur Küchenausstattung alles hat was man braucht, befindet sich in einer Sackgasse in ruhiger Lage und hat zwei Stellplätze direkt am Haus. Das Bett war sehr bequem . Der Garten ist mit viel Liebe angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben das Schwimmen im See sehr genossen und planen ein Wiederkommen.

Einfach nur wunderbar!

Die Gastgeber, die ganz in der Nähe wohnen, sind sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und rücksichtsvoll. Das Häuschen ist äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage am See für Naturliebhaber herrlich. Beeindruckend war die Sauberkeit bis in die letzte Ecke! Ich wünsche den Gastgebern ebenso rücksichtsvolle, ruhige Mieter die dieses schöne Plätzchen zu würdigen wissen.

...ist man hier genau richtig. Die Lage ist ein Traum und das Haus ist super, ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Im Umland finden sich genug Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen.

Ferienhaus am See in Ketsch

Wunderschöne und sehr ruhige Lage. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Von Ketsch aus kann man mit dem Rad viele Ziele gut erreichen: Schwetzingen Speyer, Hockenheim usw. Kleines Ferienhaus, aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Wlanverbindung leider nicht gut, um sich zu erholen aber ja auch nicht erforderlich. In der Küche alles vorhanden was man benötigt, haben aber Mittags immer auswärts gegessen. Schön ist die überdachte Terrasse. Alles in allem 10 sehr erholsame Urlaubstage.

10 Tage im Mai

Wunderbare Lage, direkt am See mit eigenem Zugang in einer sehr gepflegten Umgebung. Insbesondere bei gutem Wetter perfekt zum Baden und Relaxen. Größe und Ausstattung des kleinen Ferienhäuschens für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend, alles ist sehr durchdacht und praktisch eingerichtet mit sehr guter Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche. Für uns ein großes Plus: das bequeme Boxspringbett sowie die überall vorhandenen Rolläden, somit Nachts Verdunkelung möglich und tagsüber Hitzeschutz. Trotz der ruhigen Lage sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (unter anderem auch einige Hofläden), ebenso sind viele Ziele für Wanderungen oder Sightseeing (Rheininsel, Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim, ...) mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto schnell zu erreichen. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir waren absolut zufrieden - und hatten super Glück mit dem Wetter.

Gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus am See

Das kleine Häuschen liegt idyllisch am Hochwiessee mit direktem Wasserzugang. Schön fanden wir das große Panoramafenster mit Blick auf den See und die gute Küchenausstattung. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
