Vacation home in a quiet street, sunny terrace, close to the beach and center

Holiday house in a quiet street and close to the beach and close to the center of Schagen. The house, at the side of our house has a living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and wash basin, a shower room with toilet. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people with thick mattress. The bed is very easy to build. It give a free wifi Internet connection. On the terrace there are garden chairs with sunshade. One can in this very long terrace enjoy the sun. We have many years of very satisfied guests.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem selben GrundstĂŒck und sind sehr nett. Die Lage ist perfekt in StrandnĂ€he gelegen. Zu Zweit ist es schön, zu Viert könnte es eng werden. Alles sehr liebevoll gemacht.

Urlaub in Callantsoog

Urlaub war insgesamt erholsam und gut. Das einzige was eingeschrĂ€nkt in der Wohnung war, ist die Toiletten Große, weniger als 1 qm, definitiv ist nichts fĂŒr ĂŒbergewichtige. Und die Toilette kein Waschbecken besitzt, dafĂŒr muss immer in einen Raum gehen, um die HĂ€nde zu waschen. Wer keine Probleme mit EinschrĂ€nkung

Sehr nette Gastgeber und immer ansprechbar gewesen. Die Lage der Immobilie kann besser nicht sein.In 5 Minuten Gehweg im Centrum und in 10 Minuten am Strand.Wer keinen Wert auf Luxus legt und Zufrieden mit einer kleinen Immobilie ist,ist hier genau richtig..Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir sind nun schon das dritte Mal bei Herrn Kruit und sind immer wieder begeistert von seiner Freundlichkeit . Die Wohnung ist klein aber top sauber. Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Es handelt sich um eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit netten Gastgebern in guter Lage. Alles Nötige ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. In 5 min Entfernung ist ein Albert Heijn, bei dem auch Deutsche eine Bonuscard bekommen. Stadt und auch Strand sind in ca 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das StĂ€dtchen ist klein, aber sehr nett mit guter Eisdiele, Pizzeria, CafĂ©s, Fastfood und anderen Restaurants und kleinen LĂ€den. Im Sommer gibt es Trampoline fĂŒr die Kinder (4 Minuten fĂŒr 5 Euro). Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, hat uns aber zu viert gereicht. Es ist alles so, wie beschrieben und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren bequem und sogar schon bezogen bei Ankunft. Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter und haben daher einige AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung gemacht, da es sonst doch nicht so viel im Ort gibt (bei schlechtem Wetter!). In Alkmaar gibt es ein schönes Schwimmbad und man kann auch gut shoppen oder zum KĂ€semarkt. Egmond aan zee ist auch sehr schön. In Den Helder gibt es eine Bowlingbahn. Einen Tag sind wir mit der FĂ€hre nach Texel gefahren (sehr gĂŒnstig fĂŒr eine FĂ€hre), dort gibt es eine Robbenaufzuchtstation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂ€ren gerne noch einmal bei gutem Wetter dort!

Einfache Ausstattung, Gute Lage, Netter Vermieter

Wir (2 Erw. + 4 JĂ€hriges Kind) haben eine Woche diese Unterkunft gemietet. Einfache, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr bequemes Schlafsofa und auch die Matratzen im Hochbett sind sehr gut. Das Dusch-WC ist sehr klein und eng. Dusche mit Temperaturregler. Das Waschbecken befindet sich im Hochbettzimmer (Tipp an die Eltern, nehmt eure ZahnbĂŒrsten mit, wenn ihr das Kind ins Bett bringt) Herr Kruit ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Er wohnt im vorderen Haus. Die Kommunikation war gut. Er hat uns mehrmals Eis angeboten und nach Abreise, hat er uns kontaktiert, das er ein Spielzeugauto von unserem Sohn beim reinigen gefunden hat. Da wir noch vor Ort waren, konnten wir es persönlich abholen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top. Ausreichende ParkplĂ€tze vorhanden und ca. 5-10 min zu Fuß in der Stadt. Es gibt ein schönen Spielplatz in der NĂ€he und auch der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß möglich. Die Terrasse ist schön und man hat lange Sonne. Zudem ist eine Leine gespannt, an der man die HandtĂŒcher trocken kann. Zusammengefasst waren wir sehr zufrieden und wĂŒrden wiederkommen.

Toller Urlaub

Das Appartement ist klein aber sehr fein. Die Lage ist toll und man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es ist ausgesprochen sauber und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet.Herr Kruit ist ein sehr sympathischer und angenehmer Gastgeber. Mehr braucht man nicht um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Ruhig und ortsnah

gut, weil wir kannten das kleine Schlafzimmer mit den doppelstöckigen Betten und die Tatsache, dass wir in der recht engen Dusche kein Waschbecken haben. Die KĂŒche ist vollstĂ€ndig mit vielen kleinen Besonderheiten ausgestattet. Das große Dachfenster erhellt den Raum gut. Wie es im Sommer ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen.Eine Abdunklung gibt es nur von innen.Es war trotz KĂ€lte sehr schnell angenehm warm, weil die Heizung schnell reagierte. Der Wohnzimmerbereich mit dem großen Fernseher ist o.k. Draußen kann man sichtgeschĂŒtzt gut verweilen, von morgens bis abends hat man dort zwischen den HolzwĂ€nden mit Blumenschmuck Sonne. Letztendlich handelt es sich bei der Ferienwohnung um eine liebevoll umgestaltete Garage mit genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr zwei Personen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt fusslĂ€ufig in der NĂ€he sowie die Möglichkeit, ein köstlichen Eis zu essen.
