Our own Covered Boat slip #2 is direclty behind unit downstairs, Park your boat easy access LIft. Elevator in building. Three bedroom, three full bath. 2200 square feet, Free wifi and Cable, Samsung SMART TV's in ALL rooms. Upstairs bedroom has two queens and Pullout Couch Queen. Washer/DRYER. NEW Appliances, dishwasher, Fridge, and Cooking pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker. Wagon to carry items, Corn Hole Game, Couple minute walk down road directly to beach. Jog and bike down side walks, bring flash lights for sand crabbing with kids, and see the most incredible sunsets ever off balcony. play cornhole in parking lot, everyone is very friendly.
