It is sheltered by a beautiful canopy of olive trees, of single feet in its lush garden decorated with parrots and stone walls on all sides. The picturesque and charming characterize it. Its view of the SEA, mountain and maquis is truly sublime and ensures a total change of scenery in an environment of nature free of any concrete. It has in the immediate vicinity a mini-chalet for young people (2) with independent toilet. At 30 meters from there is the SWIMMING POOL raised (security) adjoined under the umbrellas of 2 large terraces. Ping pong, trampoline, petanque, large spaces make this vast quiet and beautiful area with its exotic plants and multiple trees, an ideal holiday place and a small paradise away from the nuisances of today. It enjoys good outdoor comfort.
However «alert to the demanding» in search of sanitized housing:
The area being completely in a natural environment, and although the dwelling places are treated accordingly and normally maintained, the occurrence Unexpectedly of flying or crawling insects (of little dangerous reputation) or even, but more rarely, of field mice in the vicinity, may occur.
It is the ransom to be paid to «Mother Nature» to honour in the field, with also sometimes a somewhat rustic or rural aspect of the place of stay, which, in spite of the efforts made to its maintenance, can recall this context in a natural environment, unusual to the townspeople, but also very attractive.

The estate belongs to the town of Cargèse, a village known for its 2 Churches and is equidistant between Cargèse and the seaside resort all in beaches of Sagone. It is from here that we go to meet, and within 30 minutes, the GR20, the mountains, rivers, and the Aitone Forest.
