The main living area is on one level, with a decorative fireplace and flat-screen TV. The kitchenette features a 4-burner ceramic hob + oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer...
A first bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a bathroom with electric towel dryer and toilet.
Cross the veranda and access the second bedroom with a 140cm bed and its adjoining shower room with electric towel dryer and wc + a washing machine. Totally renovated !
A vast enclosed garden completes this house with garden furniture and a barbecue: enough to have lunch and relax in complete serenity.
POSSIBILITY OF PARKING ON THE SITE - BARBECUE - QUIET AREA
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
