Modern style and refined decor characterize this fully air-conditioned apartment with centrally controlled shutters. et stores extérieurs éléctriques.
The apartment, is located in a secure residence with a swimming pool and unobstructed views of the Tanneron Massif. From the residence, you can easily walk to the Croix des Gardes park with its sea views, a fitness trail, and equipped sports and hiking areas. The southwest-facing terrace offers privacy and tranquility. Just 10 minutes from the beaches and the city center.

The living room is equipped with a huge Smart TV, and each of the two bedrooms has a Smart TV.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage in der sich Wohnung befindet ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

wunderschönes Apartement im Herzen Cannes

Wir waren als Familie in dem wunderschönen Apartement mit einer super Küchenausstattung. Wir konnten sogar Zitronen auspressen und auf der tollen Terrasse den herrlichen Ausblick über die Berge genießen. Für eine Familie mit 2 Schlafzimmern und dem großen Wohnraum perfekt. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem eingegrenzten Wohnpark mit einem schönen Pool. Meine Kinder waren ganz begeistert. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch vor der Tür und in 15 Minuten ist man schon in Cannes. Nicht zu vergessen Chantal war immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Vielen Dank liebe Chantal

Lovely location

The property was in a very good location, only a 10 minute drive into Cannes and close to local shops/supermarkets. When we arrived, we couldn't access the complex due to the security gate. We were given instructions to call a lady who would let us in. However, she did not speak any English and could not understand me. Eventually, After calling the property house, we were let in and taken to the apartment. The lady was still cleaning (we had to change our arrivel.time) although we were a day later than expected so the apartment should have been ready. Due to language barrier we were unable to communicate but again after calling the host we agreed to go to the pool while the apartment was made reay for us. We returned afyer an hour and the lady had left. The apartment wasnt spotlessly clean but it was acveptable. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds very comfortable and the washing machine was a welcolme addition. The view from the apartment is stunning and the larhe balcony was lovely yo sit out and eat.our meals. The air conditioning was much needed and my children loved the pool at the complex. I would recommend the apartment and Chantal is a very good host however I feel the addition of a key dafe for much easier check in/out would be beneficial.
