Le gite en soi est plutôt bien et très bien situé pour visiter cette partie du Cantal. Le gros problème réside dans la propreté des lieux : le four et le four micro-onde sont tellement sales que nous ne les avons pas utilisés. Nous étions deux couples et avions besoin de 2 salles d'eau : la 2ème était très sale, syphon plein de cheveux... l'aspirateur plein qu'il a fallu vider pour l'utiliser, la poussière sous le tapis.... la poussière sur les tables de nuit. Malgré tout cela le gite est bien équipé et les alentours très sympas. Mais 80 euros de ménage c'est abusé.

Dans une maison typique de la région, avec tout le confort nécessaire (linge de maison, lits faits) De nombreuses ballades à faire sur les sentiers, les gorges de la Truyère, et la gastronomie ( fromages, aligot, truffade...)

Séjour en Cantal sportif et apaisant

Logement complet et sympathique ( terrasse, BBQ, ...). La région est très sympathique aussi, canoë kayak, gravel, VTT entre Aubrac, Cantal et Aveyron. Toute la famille a de quoi s'occuper. Les habitants de Lavastrie sont très accueillants et un petit sentier pédestre disponible. On peut y voir quelques pierres dans ancien château.
