A perfect basecamp for Montana adventures, this modern home features a cozy upstairs fireplace, a backyard with a fire pit and mountain views, and a garage converted into a game room with a vintage pool table, dartboard, and ring hook game. Conveniently located near downtown Bozeman and an easy 10-minute drive from BZN airport, it's an ideal base for exploring, fly fishing, visiting MSU, or simply relaxing in style. Enjoy a large driveway to park 4-6 cars, friendly neighbors, and easy access to everything Montana has to offer!

There's a train that runs across Frontage Road and may be heard at night. We provide sound machines and complimentary earplugs upon request.

This house was perfect for our bachelorette trip! Loved being able to use the gril and sit outside! The upstairs living room was perfect for hooking up my laptop to play our games! AND only a short drive to downtown Bozeman!

The host was very responsive. They answered any questions we had kindly and promptly. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms and bedrooms. We had 7 people and a dog staying with us and we fit comfortably. The yard was huge which the dog loved. The location was great, easy to get into town as well as the airport. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Bozeman.

The yard was very overgrown and looked nothing like the pictures. Cleanliness was sub-par. Evidence of previous pets was obvious. Very loud neighborhood due to plane trains and automobiles.

The views from this home were beautiful. We had 5 kids with us so watching all the trains go by was a big deal/free entertainment. We had a few days of unexpecyed snow, so the game room in the garage was a real life saver and so much fun. One downside was the lack of utensils, there was one for each person so we had to wash dishes after every single meal. We had 8 people, and there were 7 forks.

Comfortable and great location

Great place for a small group of friends to relax after skiing. Centrally located close to the airport with easy access to Bozeman, Bridger bowl, and hot springs.

Everything was wonderful and as described. Perfect set up for our party of 8. Yes, the train is nearby and runs in the night but with the windows closed you really don't notice it. If you're a light sleeper just bring ear plugs. No biggie! Location is great and close to everything! Easy to get around. The deck is a wonderful place to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain air!

Nice Property

We had a little issue with the PIN for the front door a few times but that is likely user error on our side. The house is nice, clean and the location is ok.

Graduation stay

The property was great. Close to the airport and only about 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman. Plenty of room for everyone. Bed were very comfortable. Only draw back was the train does pass across the street occasionally but not a deal breaker.

Bozeman stay

Great location, very clean, and you can tell how much time and money they have put into the house. Wish we would have had some communication about the number of people staying in the house because when the number went down the cost for the extra people should have gone down too, but other than that it was a great stay!

MSU Grad week

Recently remodeled split level with a large back yard, deck and patio. Perfect for family gathering with a dog or two. Good location if you don't want to be downtown in the middle of traffic, but close enough to be convienient.

Run to the Pub Stay

While the house itself is very nice with all the amenities. It is very close the train/airport and interstate so very busy and loud throughout our stay.

FLY FISH TRIP

6 guys for a 3 day fly fishing trip. Very comfortable and super comfortable. Train noise and airplane is a bit noisy but no biggie.

Bozeman Haus is easy to find, 10 minutes from the Airport and 11 minutes from MSU. It also sleeps 8 people and accommodates multiple families. Plus, we are a dog-friendly property with a huge backyard for kids to run and play.
