About this property

Enjoy the warm breeze from your private baloney overlooking beautiful Daytona Beach Shores! Our spacious, super clean, two queen comfortable beds & third-floor direct ocean-front suite feature all the comforts of home including cable TV, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, microwave, full refrigerator, coffee maker, and hairdryer. The unit is located so that there is no noise form the pool or tiki bar, just the sounds of the beautiful ocean. The amenities and features found at our beachfront condo offer a great balance of leisure and family fun. Our Tiki Bar and on-site game room add to the island ambiance as well. Take a look for yourself in our photo gallery! The building was built in 1967. Folks come here year after year to enjoy their vacation. Just want to mention that the building itself does need some updating. Some of the elevators are small and can only take 3 people at a time. The hallways need to be updated, and so does the lobby. But the pools and tiki bar are great. facing the ocean, clean and good food. There is a laundry room with washers and dryers in good working condition for the guest to use. Update: The pool, Tiki bar and inside heated pool are open. We provide a gate key for guest to enter through the gate located to the right of the building for easy parking and unit access. That way guest does not have to walk all the way through the front lobby to get to unit.

Great Location, GREAT view, very nice and Clean apartment.

The experience, since the booking, the instructions, the check in, the stay, and the check out, was very clear and easy. The studio Unit was EXCELLENT kept and maintained. It was so good, that we never went out of it, except to get food at the Tiki Bar; WOW, the best Cheese burgers and great prices.

This unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view was amazing. The host answered any questions quickly. The common areas such as elevators could have been a little cleaner but the unit itself was great.

This property is not as advertised dirty, discussing, and we would did not stay there

Horrible didn't even stay at this property because it was so bad. The host Ena promised a refund in writing and now won't respond stay away from this dump

Very nice layout for a studio room

Order was very friendly and very cooperative to work with. For a run-room studio, the layout is very nice, with places to comfortably sit inside or outside on the balcony to eat. The unit is directly on the beach with a great view of the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay and we'll probably book this unit again.

Why they chose this property

We cant say enough about the private balcony facing directly to the ocean. This is a third floor unit. It is so relaxing to enjoy a cup of coffee right off the balcony. Also, having a full size kitchenette to prepare meals is so comfortable. The two queen size beds are supper comfy. The pools are wonderful to just lay around all day. Even grab a drink and a great meal at the pool side TiKi Bar. Or just a few steps away is the beautiful beach.

What makes this property unique

Ocean front unit. Great building resort with lots to do. Winn Dixie right across the street. Bars and great places to eat near by. Lots to do and see.
