FAMILY FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD DIRECTLY ON BEACH. PATIO PROVIDES FANTASTIC SUNRISES AND SUNSETS VIEWS. FOOD, SPIRITS, ENTERTAINMENT ALL WITHIN WALING DISTANCE. CAN’T IMAGINE ANYPLACE MORE CONVENIENT OR ACCOMMODATING. WOULD’T HESITATE TO STAY AGAIN.

Great beach front retreat

The condo is very comfortably furnished and pretty well equipped. The location is ideal : quiet , but not isolated. Easy walk to groceries, some restaurants and liquor store(s). I will absolutely look to stay in this same unit next time I’m in Daytona/ port orange.

Fantastic condo

This condo is decorated very nicely. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is going to the area. The balcony is a very big focal point, absolutely gorgeous sunrises and the moon shining off the water. I would rent it again!

Loved the view, the condo was great and we had plenty of room. The only thing that we didnt like was the beach access. Way too many steps, but this would not keep us from booking again. We love the Daytona Beach Shores area.

The owner is incredibly responsive. We had no problems at all and the view is incredible. Loved the location! The building is currently under renovation, but the work is only done during the day and was not a bother to us.

Great beach views, understocked

The location and the amount of space inside the condo were excellent. We greatly enjoyed our beach view while working. However, most dishes were not cleaned well prior to our arrival, the rugs in the bathrooms needed to be cleaned, and basic amenities (such as toilet paper, garbage bags, and hand soap) were minimal for our weeklong visit.

An aging gem

This unit was very well equiped and comfortable but is in need of some deep interior cleaning and rehab. The building exterior is reportedly getting a much needed makeover this year. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful getaway!

Condo was perfect as was the location, and the communication was great! The ONLY thing I had a peeve about was the construction starting up every morning at 8 AM on the dot, till about 4 PM. It would wake me and my fiancée up almost immediately, but I realize that can't be helped! Don't let that sway you from staying here!

Sand Dollar experience

Condo was very nice. No use of balcony, which we knew but there were three days of constant construction that made it difficult to be in the condo from 8-5. Hopefully this gets done soon. Communication with owner was good. No complaints other than the construction. Would recommend when construction is done.

Review

There was constant noise from the construction repairing the hurricane damage. The floors were dirty in addition to the construction dust. The coffee maker did not work so I bought one. On the plus side the pool was nice and the shopping carts to move luggage were new.

Time to unplug

We had an amazing week. We missed having the balcony but knew to expect it to be closed. We had great weather all week. Condo was not properly cleaned. We had to sweep the floors and clean the bottom of the shower and tub before using them. Dryer still had lint and a dryer sheet in it. Threshhold in 2nd bedroom would not stay in place. But small issues did not prevent us from having a great week. We look forward to our stay next year.

Nice unit but soooo noisy.

Unit was nice. Crowded because all the patio furniture was inside. Patio was closed due to construction, which we were told ahead of time. But the construction noise was unbearable. Started at 8:30 am stopped at 4:30 pm. We had to wear earplugs when in the condo during this time. And still could not have a conversation or hear the TV. Not a place to stay during construction. In saying this, we’ve stayed at several units here and this was by far my favorite. Updated and everything you could need. Will try again next year, if construction is finished!!

Communication with Management was almost nonexistent what asked questions. We were not told of the construction that we could not utilize the balcony stove. Only one side worked this unit.this is the absolutely worst stay I have had in Daytona Beach and this was my fourth year in a row coming down.

A home away from home!

First time using VRBO, very easy and it was nice getting upcoming travel information. The key was located exactly where it said right down the road. The parking was super tight between the concrete pillars and larger vehicles. They still use keys and the locks were very difficult to figure out, but once we did we were good. The actual condo was exactly as described and was very clean, could use some updates, but was very welcoming and felt very homey. The balcony was the most amazing! Third floor up, ocean front, balcony was massive and alot of great chairs. It was the best view of the beach! The building is all locked by codes so it felt very safe. The condo had everything we needed and loved the full size dryer and washer! This was a great first time experience! Manager was quick to respond to any issues. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Daytona next year. We loved it!

Music Festival Vacation
