Centralized location lets you feel like you are in a secluded mountain area yet go up to the top of the ridge and you're on the main drag through Branson on Old Highway 76.Cabins are getting dated...this is the second one we've stayed in within the past six months and both had minor issues with the enclosed decks, screens loose, shades missing brackets, etc., which detracted from that first cup of coffee on the deck in the morning. Otherwise, good value for the rental costs...convenient location and 1000 Hills gives you access to some of their other facilities.

Great place to stay in Branson!

Nice cozy place with lots of places to sit and enjoy your stay. One block over from the outlet Mall just off the strip but nice and quiet. Wonderful stay!

They changed our unit and said it had issues before we arrived. Then they tell us to go to 130 N we saw 130 they failed to tell us 130 was 130N. The porch light was burnt out making it hard to enter the first time. The next morning I took a cold shower because the water heater was broken. I doubt that I will ever say there again. When I called about the problem I was told they would be sending a plumber. Then I received another message that the plumber was not going to be able to come till Monday. I sent a message explaining my displeasure. I received another message that a plumber was on his way. He had to replace both elements. My question is where was the check list by employee that unit was actually ready for occupancy?

A nice 5 night get away. Our morning walks to the outlet mall was an extra bonus. Cabin was central located to our activities that we chose to do including the restaurants.We recommend this cabin.

Great Place rough in the heart of Branson, but still a private location just off the main road.

Thousands Hills was our Check in spot and they were great. We have stayed with them several times through them, but this is first Time through VRBO.

BED BUGS!!! I woke up the second morning with a few bites on my legs but didn’t think much of it. The next morning I had several more, and my wife found a bed bug crawling on the sheets. We immediately started looking all over. We found several hiding under the trim in the master bedroom and bath. We left immediately, two days before expected. When I reached out to the rental office they texted me a weak apology but refused to give me a refund.

There are a few things that i noticed when we arrived that needed maintenance on the refrigerator is leaking water on the inside shelves, the pocket door to the downstairs bathroom has a broken latch, the screen on the back porch was torn in a couple of places and the shower head upstairs is not working properly.

The location of our cabin was great, but the cabin itself needs some work. The shower heads worked a little weird, the downstairs tub/shower door was a little off, and there was most likely a bat in the attic that we could hear at night. Our biggest issue was the carbon monoxide alarm low battery going off; it started at about 10:45 pm the first night and the alarms are at the very top of the ceiling requiring a specialty ladder to reach, and since Thousand Hills doesn’t have overnight staff that handle things like that, the alarm was beeping for 12 straight hours. They gave me a little run around about someone coming to fix it and while they did give us complimentary tickets to a show to make up for it, whoever came to look at it must have just reset the alarm and called it a day. It went off again the next night, and we had to go to the main office at 8 am to make sure that someone came to actually address the issue. They did finally have someone come back with us and we made sure he changed the batteries. It really put a damper on our trip not being able to sleep well 2/3 of the nights we stayed, and Thousand Hills seems to just bandaid problems instead of fixing them the first time. They need overnight staff that can address these issues too.
