You will feel comfortable in our sunny 3-room apartment with a view over Zinnowitz. We have placed great emphasis on comfort and maritime comfort. The apartment with 2 large separate bedrooms, living area and bathroom has satellite TV, radio with CD, WLAN stick, kitchenette incl. Dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven.
A garage parking space belongs to the apartment. Bicycle storage rooms and the possibility of using the barbecue area are part of the system. Bicycle and beach chair rentals can be found right next to the house. Restaurants and shops are nearby. It is a leisurely stroll to the pier and the beach - you can leave your car in the garage. Then off to Zinnowitz and relax.

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Sauberkeit, insbesondere im Bad / Dusche für den Preis der Endreinigung völlig überteuert. Kissengrösse zum Schlafen ungeeignet. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnbereich unbequem. Nähe zum Strand, Gastronomie, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten super zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Fewo, hell und freundlich, ruhig. Gut gelegen zu Einkäufen, Restaurants und Strand (15 min).Als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten gut geeignet; Auto in Garage gut untergebracht.Bad geräumig und sauber; Geschirr und Besteck etwas knapp.

War eine super Zeit zentral Lage ist Topp. War etwas schwierig zu finden, da das Objekt in der zweiten Reihe ist. Schlüsselübergabe über eine Box.

Leucht-Turm und Baum-Haus

Die Wohnung ist mit vielen liebevollen Leucht-Turm-Details ausgestattet, was sie nicht nur für die Kinder attraktiv und martitim macht. Die Lage im Dachgeschoss direkt gegenüber einem mächtigen Baum gibt ihr außerdem ein Gefühl von Baum-Haus. Die ruhige Lage etwas abseits von der Strandpromenaden-Rummel ist grad in den Sommerferien sehr angenehm.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten im August 2024 einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung Leuchtturm in Zinnowitz. Check-In und Check-Out waren super entspannt und problemlos einfach. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Wir haben das Auto lediglich für einen Ausflug genutzt und haben sonst alles zu Fuß erledigen können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend vor Ort und der Strand ist auch nicht weit entfernt.

Super gemütliche Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt mit super Wetter. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, und top ausgestattet. Alles ist fußweit erreichbar. Wir würden definitiv beim nächsten Mal wieder die Wohnung buchen.

Ferienwohnung "Leuchtturm"

Die Ferienwohnung "Leuchtturm" ist eine sehr schön, mit Liebe eingerichtet Unterkunft. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so optimal wie wir es uns bei einer Endreinigung von 65€ gewünscht hätten. Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief durch eine Urlaubsvertretung nicht ganz so optimal, da diese uns keine Fragen beantworten könnten. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral (Strandpromenade, Einkaufsläden, Strand etc.). Wer gerne etwas unternehmen möchte erreicht die meisten Ziele gut mit Bus und Bahn oder in ca. 20min mit dem Auto.

Hübsche Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut zentral aber ruhig, viele Geschäfte & Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Schöne, aber dreckige Wohnung

Die Wohnung an sich und die Umgebung war schön - Nähe zum Wasser war super! Leider haben wir uns nicht wohlfühlen können, da anscheinend keine Endreinigung stattgefunden hat (überall Sand, klebriger Boden, Bartstoppeln im Bad, Pizza in der Mikrowelle..)

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der schönen Wohnung und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt- man erreicht alles zu Fuß und kann das Auto in der Garage stehen lassen. Der Kontakt war freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!

Der erste Blick war trügerisch

Leider bestätige sich nicht der erste Eindruck der Wohnung. Kleine Beispiele: Besonders der Balkon war von uraltem Vogelkot verdreckt, die Sanitäranlagen unsauber. Die Wohnung war zusammenfassend ungenügend gereinigt, die Wäsche vom Wäschepaket war echt eine Zumutung. Für die Endreinigung müssen vom Gast 65 € gezahlt werden, welche Leistungen jedoch dafür erbracht werden, war leider nicht zu erkennen.

schöne FeWo in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage.Check in /Out durch den Schlüselsafe perfekt.einziger Wermutstropfen war das Vogelnest auf dem Giebelbalken und dadurch ein ständig vollgeschissener Balkon.

Nette Ferienwohnung

Der Leuchtturm ist eine gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. In 2 Minuten zu Fuß im Geschehen und in 8 Minuten am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Die 3 Zimmerwohnung ist sauber und es ist fast alles vorhanden. Die Dusche könnte etwas sauberer sein und der Geschirrspüler funktioniert auch nicht ganz so gut. Wir haben dann einfach per Hand abgwaschen. An sich war es eine wirklich gute Unterkunft, welche ich weiterempfehlen würde

Tolle Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist der Strand zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. Gepflegte Ferienwohnung. :-)

Juni Urlaub 2023

Herr Krebs , der für alles zuständig war, ist immer gleich erreichbar gewesen und hat ein kleines Problem gleich gelöst. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es ist alles gut erreichbar ( einkaufen , Strand ) Vielen Dank , kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
