It was the best property rental experience we've had! The house is in great condition, very clean, beautifully decorated, and shows attention to detail. It has everything you might need on a Hawaiian vacation, and more, including beach chairs, an umbrella, body boards, etc. The balcony views are absolutely breathtaking! You can't get enough of it. Pictures don't do it justice. And the main benefit: the owner of this amazing house, Jessica, is the most generous, kind, and accommodating host! Not only promptly responded to messages but was also sensitive to our needs! We enjoyed our stay immensely and wish we had spent more time there!

Our host was so easy to work with! The condo was very clean. Beds were comfy. I wish the second bedroom was a queen or king. The view from the balcony was amazing! The kitchen was fully equipped. This was our second time staying here. We will definitely stay again. Note.. the trail down to Hidden Beach was closed while we were there this time… but a new path next to the One Hotel gave us access to the beach below the hotel.

My wife and I stayed her last week. Check in was easy and Jessica communicated with us quickly with any questions that we had. The views from the back balcony are amazing. You are right across the street from the trail to Hideaway Beach and right down the street from Hotel One Hanalei (if you want to grab a drink, meal, or watch the sunset).

This is the perfect location on the North shore. Close to unbelievable beaches and great hikes. Only an hour from south shore exactly what we were looking for!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and had the absolute best trip! The property is very clean, well stocked, and in the most beautiful location. We will definitely be back in the future!

Great place!

This was a perfect place for my family. We loved getting to finish each day with a quick walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t want to leave!

It was awesome to have the “extra” things like beach chairs, umbrellas, inter tubes, and the baby seat. The view is phenomenal in winter season with all that rain. Nice to have an electric grill for cooking out. But it needs throw blankets considering there’s no heat and on the rainy side of the island. And the en suite needs towel racks for bath and hand towels. Overall, an absolutely great rental for vacation for families !

Impeccable location/property!

Expectations were high after reading the reviews and the property did not disappoint. Loved our time on the lanai overlooking Hanalei Bay, used the beach accesses to Hideaway and Hanalei and walked next door to the fabulous One Hotel for drinks and dinners. So happy we got to stay here!

Tree House

By being so close to the Princeville Hotel you have access to stairs minutes away that take you down to a beautiful beach. Great location for walks and for driving to a good food market. We were delighted by the views from the back deck.

Paradise in Princeville

Having stayed in different areas of Kauai over the years, this was our first time on the north coast. We weren’t disappointed and couldn’t have chosen a better place than this villa! The views from every room were magnificent! Sunrises, sunsets, beaches and mountains - we had them all! Our stay here was amazing!
