Great location
The location of this property is fantastic! It’s right across from the beach so it’s an easy walk with a wagon and children in tow! The on site pool was nice and clean.
I gave 3 stars for the accuracy of the listing because the photos show a bigger fridge and freezer than what is actually in the room. The photos show a black and silver refrigerator next to the counter and we stopped on the way in and bought frozen nuggets, fries, and a pizza before checking in, based on the photos. When we arrived, there was a much much smaller refrigerator in the space where the shelves are shown in the photos, we had to squeeze in a bag of nuggets, 2 bags of fries, and a pizza and it barely fit! The futon shown in the pictures with the white arms is also not the futon in the actual room.
I also gave 3 stars for cleanliness because the floors were filthy! Our feet were black just from walking around the room barefoot. My son spilled a little water on the ground and when I wiped it up the paper towel was also black!
My last complaint is that the smoking area is in the breezeway right by the elevator, it was really awful having to smell all the cigarette smoke while waiting for the elevator with two small children.
Overall, the condo was decent and we would stay here again for the location alone, but it definitely leaves more to be desired as far as cleanliness! Especially when you have little children with you who walk around and put their hands on the floor.
