Great property in a great location

This property had plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood that was really close to restaurants and activities. The beds were super comfortable. The property was clean and well decorated.

Stay in Reims

It was a girls trip to the Champagne houses in Reims. The area, house and neighborhood were wonderful! No problems at all and close to a griocrry store. Uber’s were easy to get and we all had a great time!

Pretty much as advertised

Good location with dedicated parking. Great place to stay. A little dusty like it hadn’t been used in a while. Short hand towels, bathroom soap, and instructions on how to use appliances properly for English speaking guests.

Lovely Home

The property was very comfortable and roomy for a family of 5 adults (2 couples and a single). Beds were comfortable and each bedroom had its own bath - a huge plus. The kitchen is well appointed. Minor complaint - bath in "master" is cold since there is no door to retain heat. Location is convenient. A short walk to the bus line (3 blocks) and from there a short bus trip into the center of town or the train station. Slight communication issue - we did not receive check in instructions until the day of arrival and we had to ask VRBO for help. Owners only communicate in french but fortunately our son was able to read the check-in instructions when we finally did get them. Would definitely enjoy staying at this property again.

The owners were nonresponsive to the heat situation. The heat did not work and we did not stay After 4 days the owners still have not responded. We have requested a refund but still have not heard. Mark

Champagne region dream trip

This was a dream trip with friends (3 couples). The house was perfect for our group. Each room has a bathroom ensuite, so it made it very private for each of us. House is located in a neighborhood with bakeries and a supermarket within walking distance. Parking was a little challenging, but only because we had rented a big van and the street did not have space for such a big vehicle. If you have a smaller rental car you are good. My only issue was communication with the hosts. One of our friends spoke and could write in French, but responses were not within the same day. We didn't know our access information until the day we were supposed to check-in, which made me a little nervous. In the end all worked out. The house was clean, it's modern, comfortable and was equipped with the minimal things you would need. All in all, a great experience in the region. Would love to do it again. Sandra

Accueil très sommaire 1 heure après notre arrivée, pour nous signaler que nous n’aurions pas accès à la terrasse (non entretenue et sale…) car le propriétaire organisait un anniversaire. Chambres au confort très différents, de la suite parfaite à une chambre sans placard ni même ou déposer les vêtements. Ménage fait mais très moyen. Fils électrique non raccordés au bouton d’entrée. Et pour finir lors de notre départ (en enlevant les draps des lits) nous avons trouvé des matelas tachés et sans protection dans 2 chambres. Dommage, maison bien située avec du potentiel.

Wohnung entspricht nicht dem Angebot

Am Tag der Anreise wurde uns der Zugangscode zugestellt (zugesagt war 3 Tage vor Anreise) - dabei wurde uns mitgeteilt, daß die Terrasse nicht wie zugesagt von uns genutzt werden darf. Bei Ankunft war klar warum: Sie war verdreckt, wurde von den Vermietern als Zugang zu ihrer Wohnung genutzt, sowie vom Hund als Hundeklo benutzt. Schimmel im Wohnzimmer, verstopfte Wasserhähne, etc. ergänzten das Angebot. Die Vermieter darauf angesprochen, wollten am nächsten Morgen mit uns sprechen, sind dann aber nicht mehr aufgetaucht. Abreise erfolgte von uns dann nach 2 anstatt wie geplant 3 Nächten. Die Wohnung hat Potential, dazu müßte der Service wesentlich besser werden.

Juste un bémol, des ampoules électriques mortes et quelques toiles d'araignée très visibe mais très belle location. Cosy et spacieux l Manque d'un guide d'information sur Reims et sur la location : gestion poubelle, capsules Nespresso présentes
