This 5 bedroom house offers a beautiful space that can accommodate up to 12 people. It has been completely renovated and has all the modern facilities and a courtyard with garden furniture.

Into the Reims mountain natural park, in the village of Mailly-Champagne, this 5-bedroom house offers a beautiful space that can accommodate up to 12 people. Completely renovated, it has all modern facilities and a courtyard with garden furniture.

Its location between the cities of Reims, Epernay and Châlons-en-Champagne, will allow you to enjoy nature while being close to the main historical and cultural centers offered by the Champagne region.

You can go on beautiful hikes or walks between vineyards and forest, go to the mill of Verzenay and admire the panorama.

The beds will be made on your arrival and you will have towels. You just have to put down your luggage!

End-of-stay cleaning is also included.

Baby equipment is available on request.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this gem! It was clean, had plenty of room, was in a cute quiet location near Reims and Epernay, and the owners even left us a bottle of champagne when we arrived (which was a great touch). We would most definitely stay here again! Thanks!

A really lovely and welcoming house. The house was really well equipped, with everything we could need. Lovely walks from the house, champagne tours and easy access into Reims. The hosts had prepared a helpful guidebook.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit Freunden in Emilies Haus (6 Erwachseneund 5 Kinder). Die Kommunikation war einfach und es gab ausreichend Informationen vorab. Es war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war super (viele Küchenutensilien, Holzkohlegrill, verschiedene Wein- und Champagnergläser). Alles war genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist super für eine Wanderung durch die Weinberge zur Mühle und zum Leuchtturm von Verzenay. Auch nach Reims, Epernay und Hautvillers ist es nicht weit. In Mailly-Champagne gibt es auch einige gute Winzer. Die Vermieterin hatte zum Empfang einen Champagner für uns kalt gestellt (vielen Dank Emilie!).

Séjour parfait!

Maison située dans un charmant village au cœur des vignes. Tout petit village mais qui propose une boulangerie et des possibilités de dégustations à pied. Très pratique! :) La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable, cosy, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, à la décoration soignée.Communication facile avec la propriétaire, arrivée et départ facilités.Un sans faute pour cette jolie maison! Je recommande!

Très bonne prestation. Propreté irréprochable. Maison de village entièrement rénovée avec goût avec grand séjour ouvert sur cuisine et salon. Maison très bien équipée. Idéal pour 8 adultes et 4 enfants (1 chambre à 4 lits simples avec mezzanine / 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples associables en grand lit et 3 chambres grand lit). Compte tenu de la saison (hiver) nous n'avons pas profité de la cour avant. Je recommande.

Au top très beau logement

Rien à dire logement au top tout est très bien pensé tout est neuf et très propre. Il est très spacieux parfait pour 12 personnes, les petits cadeaux d accueil ont été tres appréciés.

Belle maison de village au pied de ka Montagne de Reims

Une maison dans un village vigneron, amenagee avec gout, spacieuse, equipement tres complet, et plein de petites attentions, a commencer par le champagne au frais. Endroit tres tranquille a une douzaine de km de Reims, dans une mer de vignes. Nous y avons passé un excelkent week end, malheureusement trop court. Un must absolu !

The property was perfect for our needs.

The village was very quiet and not a lot to do but we were happy to walk around every day and especially through the forest. The property was well equipped and catered for our needs. The decor was very well thought out and everywhere was clean and fresh.

Great house for drivning

We loves the house, all bedrooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. Great stay for 4 adult couples but would work well with kids as well. Lovely outdoor space for breakfast and late evening hang out. 5 minutes from local supermarket and parking on the street outside of the house. I warmly recommend a stay here.
