This vacation villa in residence consists of a living room with a flat screen TV opening onto a terrace and a closed garden WITHOUT VIS A VIS, a kitchenette equipped with 2 electric plates, a combined microwave oven, a TASSIMO coffee maker, a fridge and a dishwasher, a bedroom with 1 bed in 140cm and a cupboard, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine, and a separate toilet, on the first floor.

Served by a staircase with Japanese steps, the floor offers a mezzanine with a bench bed FLEKKE from IKEA and a room with 2 bunk beds 90cm + a dresser.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
