Welcome to our home in the private, lakeside community of Towamensing Trails, nestled in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. Just minutes from top attractions like skiing, water parks, golf courses, biking and hiking trails, and the historic town of Jim Thorpe. You’ll find adventure and relaxation at your doorstep.

Our house sits on a spacious ½-acre lot of cleared land, surrounded by mature spruce trees for added privacy. The park-like front and backyard offer a rare and peaceful outdoor setting, perfect for family fun or quiet moments in nature. Whether you're seeking a weekend escape or an active vacation, this home provides the ideal Pocono retreat.

Step onto the large deck, where you’ll find rocking chairs, a spacious picnic table, and a Weber gas grill—ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing with friends and family.

Inside, the living room features a wood-burning fireplace and even a full-size table tennis table for indoor fun. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, including a Bosch dishwasher, and there’s a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Unwind in the main bathroom’s private two-person Whirlpool jetted tub, and enjoy the ease of modern comforts with high-speed Internet, fresh quality linens, and plush towels provided for your stay.

Great Pocono Getaway

Home was spacious for the 6 of us. Sauna and hot tub were great to have after our day excursions of skirmish paintball, skiing and the casino which were nearby. Would definitely recommend.

2nd visit to this house

To make it quick, it’s my second time I rented this house. Clean house with green lawn for kids to run around and close to the lake. Mr Suzuki will be there to help u to make this stay delightful as possible, we were a group of 7 ppl with a kids and had a wonderful time. Hope to visit again in winter. 👍

Not a cookie cutter!

I've rented a lot of houses in this area (1-3/year for the past 12+ years) and so many of them are very cheap cookie-cutter houses. They are certainly adequate for our needs, but this really went above and beyond. This has been redone on the inside and is easily the nicest house on the inside that I've stayed at in this area in over 10 years. The host (Terry) was very responsive. They had a nice washer and dryer and provided good linens and towels. Most importantly for the summer, their A/C was completely on point with mini-splits in all rooms. This really is a great property that I'll be looking to rent again in the future.

Good location & lots of space

This is a big house with plenty of space! 3 queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms worked perfectly for our group. The nearby towns, wineries and shopping provided an excellent location for our girls weekend. The couch and chairs in the living room were comfortable, along with the fireplace and big TV make for a great night in too! Be aware that the hot tub is not on the back deck and you must cross the yard (not far but can be a cold walk!). Also, THERE IS NO WIFI. Again, its not the end of the world but it might be for teens and families. Overall, we had a nice stay and the house had all of the basics.

A Wonderful family vacation home.

This home is perfect for a family. The kitchen is well prepared for cooking large family dinners. There was an abundance of towels, blankets and toiletries. The owner was available right away if needed. We were able to use the pool which was great. Overall it's a very beautiful home and we really enjoyed it.

It was a good time

The property was nice alil worn down but not to bad the only bad part about the trip is I wasn’t told the the Community club house was closed so the wristbands they gave us was pointless and that was one of the reasons why I picked this house for the amenities that were included with the clubhouse but other than that it was a great time I would recommend this property

Wonderful house and host!

We loved the house! The sauna and hot tub were a great addition to the spacious house and large private property. The owner was so quick to respond to any questions we had. It is a very short distance to the beach and pool area and deer came to graze each morning and evening which was wonderful to watch! We would definitely use this property again!

Family Fun

This was my first experience renting a home. From start to finish the host Terry was quick to respond and very helpful with all my questions. This home was the perfect setting for my family to make wonderful memories together. Loved the hot tub, sauna, and fireplace. Great location for the snowboarding. Beautiful kitchen perfect for making our home cooked meals.. I would return without any question!

Perfect!

The house was beautiful and homey and had all the essentials we needed. I am glad there were so many instructions to help us figure out how to use all the great stuff and ensure we didnt break anything. Absolutely loved having a fire place for Christmas. In addition sitting in an out door hot tub in winter was magical. The home is a great location to check out out so many fun and interesting things in the area. We were able to enjoy a nearby indoor Waterpark and go snow tubing. The owner was very responsive and helpful too. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay!

The host was incredibly nice and accommodating. The house is exactly as described. The kitchen is very modern and the rest of the house is cozy, clean, lovely and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and sauna... they were definitely the highlight of our stay! The kitchen has excellent knives (which is so rare for a rental house), but make sure to bring all your own spices. We were visited by deer every morning and the back of the house looks out onto the woods, which provides a lot of privacy and beauty. Would definitely recommend this home!!

Nice property

The location is big, 5 minutes away from lake ava they have a nice backyard. The owner was very responsive ava allowed us to come in earlier then or normal check-in time.

House was perfect located near the lake and was in clean condition as expected.

We had a great time with our friends and did use the amenities within the house provided by the owner. Would definitely recommend this house as well as plan a trip again

Beautiful house, fun area

My family and I wanted some quiet quality time with hot tub, sauna, decent kitchen to cook in. We found all that and more. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. Loved the place!

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I stayed at this property for a long weekend with friends. Property was very easy to find and the listing was accurate. Terry was awesome to deal with. Communicated numerous times and he was very responsive and very invested in ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. Had a little issue with the hot tub and Terry had his maintenance guy there to fix it. Overall great stay and would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing house

planned a getaway trip for the weekend. This house is very spacious and big and had everything we can ask for and more. The seller for this house was the hot tube. We definitely had a great time and I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you terry.
