Pool & Lake Access:
The pool and lake are closed after Labor Day weekend and will reopen after the Memorial Day weekend each year.

Please also keep in mind that we have a ZERO tolerance policy on any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy - the occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed in the property. No additional guests allowed at any time

Community Notes:
- The lake and pool are closed during the winter. They reopen Memorial Day weekend and close after Labor Day.

Other things to note:
Community dumpster is about 3 minute drive from the property. There’s also garbage bin outside around the corner from the hot tub that you can use if you prefer not to go to the dump every day. Please remember to take all trash from the outside bin to the dump at the end of your stay. You can choose whichever option is most convenient for you
