About this property

Charming family home (listed ⭐️⭐️) in a listed natural site. (WIFI)

Located in Rostudel (a small listed hamlet), this former fisherman's cottage combines comfort, charm and authenticity.

It is close to the beaches (5km) and 7km from the seaside resort of Morgat (swimming, canoeing, sailing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, optimist, kayaking...).

The coastal path (GR34), with its breathtaking views over the Iroise Sea, is 300m from the house.

You can also take advantage of the small sheltered garden.
It's a great place to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee in a deck chair, read a book or have a meal on the terrace...
A second garden overlooks the first, perfect for a bit of privacy 😊.

The large living room of over 30m2 overlooks the garden.
It has a sitting area in front of the fireplace and a large table for your meals.

The house is very well equipped for preparing your meals:
- Oven, microwave, cooker...
- Pots, pans, large dishes and more than enough crockery!
- Dishwasher.

Shopping can be done in Morgat or Crozon.

The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a large fridge/freezer.

Sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom 1, on the ground floor: a 1.20m bed and a small mezzanine above with a 90cm bed.
- Bedroom 2, on the ground floor: a 1.40m bed (+ an additional 90cm bed on a mezzanine). As the bed is accessible by a small ladder, this area is reserved for children aged 7 and over).
- Bedroom 3, above the living room: a 1.60m bed (rather unusual stairs, not recommended for young children or the elderly).

The toilet is downstairs, separate from the bathroom.

Books and board games are available in front of the fireplace, just in case a little cloud passes by...

Dry-cleaning: €15 per 2-person bed, €10 per 1-person bed.
Bath linen service is not available.

Electricity is extra and must be paid for at the end of your stay. The meter will be read on arrival and departure.

You can park one or two cars in front of the house or in the free village car park.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten bretonischen Haus sehr genossen. Es ist ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Ein Nachteil ist die niedrige Deckenhöhe in allen Zwischengängen zu den Zimmern. Für Personen ab 1,80m muss man sich immer wieder „abducken“, weshalb wir leider mit 1,93m Größe ein paar Beulen am Kopf einstecken mussten. Unsere Kinder mochten den verwunschenen „Zaubergarten“ und wir haben die lauen Sommerabende in den Liegestühlen bei absoluter Ruhe hinter dem Haus entspannt. Die Wanderwege gehen direkt vor dem Haus los und führen an den wunderbarsten Küsten entlang mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sofort in die Bretagne und die freundlichen Menschen überall verliebt.

Merveilleuse maison

On a adoré notre séjour à Rostudel et à la maison d’Armelle. La maison est très charmante, la location est proche aux plage, au village et à Cap de la Chèvre. C’était un séjour parfait!

Une location qui n'est pas qu'une location

Séjour très dépaysant. La location située au bout du cap de la chèvre garantie une grande tranquillité dans un paysage de lande et de falaises. Maison basse typique avec beaucoup de cachet, agréable, bien aménagée. Ne pas s'attendre aux canons du confort moderne (les personnes un peu grandes apprendront à baisser la tête pour changer de pièce). Accueil très aimable et, point très positif, cette location étant régulièrement occupée par sa propriétaire on y trouve pleins de petits plus (lectures, jeux, musique, nécessaire de cuisine et de ménage,...). Merci pour tout cela !

Hors des sentiers battus, mais à réserver pour la saison chaude

Beaucoup de points forts: Aménagement très généreux, de multiples accessoires à disposition. Tout fonctionne parfaitement. Equipés d'un véhicule électrique nous avons pu compter sur l'à-propos de l'intendante et la souplesse opérationnelle de la propriétaire, un raccordement de charge nocturne a été improvisé avec succès. Notre expérience en septembre s'est toutefois heurtée aux limites physiques, le sol non-excavé est froid, seule la chambre à coucher no 2 avec le lit 160 est agréable. La cheminée est ouverte en permanence sur le ciel ce qui participe à une bonne ventilation constante mais trop rafraîchissante. Nous avons eu froid de manière générale. La propreté ne nous a pas convenu, même si les points stratégiques (vaisselle, WC, chambre) sont tout à fait corrects, à notre goût il reste trop de nids de poussières dans les recoins. En tenant compte du prix, on peut s'attendre à un meilleur niveau de confort. Les lieux étant en location depuis peu je parie que les "maladies d'enfance" seront rapidement oubliées...

La Bretagne dans sa éclat naturel

Petite maison de pêcheur dans un charmant hameau d’une vingtaine de maison d’époque préservées. Un magnifique jardin fleuri et abrité des regards. Un endroit calme où se déposer, se reposer, se ressourcer à deux pas de l’Océan et en pleine nature. Une maison charmante où il fait bon vivre. La propriétaire met tout en œuvre pour que le séjour soit agréable.
