Located at the back of the Reserve backing thousands of acres of open BLM land our 5 acre vacation rental will be the vacation your family and friends will rave about. Clear mountain views to the West and endless lake views to the East, you'll spend hours enjoying the nature, wildlife and majestic views. Moose Point is 5100 sq. ft. with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The floor plan includes three Master Bedrooms, two bunk rooms and two additional bedrooms with sleeping for 30 people. Two Kitchens will give you plenty of room to get the party started. Two family rooms and a loft with plenty of space to entertain relax and enjoy. Put your billiards to the test with an 8ft. pool table located in the daylight basement. Lounge on the main floors covered deck that extends the entire length of the house with beautiful lake views. Two laundry rooms will make cleaning a breeze. We have a private Pickleball Court and Basketball Court at the house that allows you to beat the crowds at the Clubhouse. If you love mountain biking you will be in heaven here, there is access to all the mountain trails right behind our property. We have a large 2000 sq. ft. grass field to play soccer, spike ball, volley ball, cross net or what ever you want! Included is access to a fantastic clubhouse with multiple swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis court, pickle-ball court, basketball court, workout room, foosball and showers.
