With all the shops within reach, you no longer need your car which will be parked in your private parking lot so you can forget it in complete safety! The apartment that we offer you is TYPE 2, it is suitable for 4 beds and is facing due SOUTH with a surface area of 32m2. On the 1st floor It has a SOUTH-facing BALCONY to make your stay more pleasant. As you enter the apartment you discover: an entrance/corridor with 2 single bunk beds. Then the living room with a sofa and a television. the equipped kitchenette is open to the living room and opens onto the balcony. A bedroom with a double bed Finally the bathroom and separate WC. At your disposal to facilitate your stay. Options on request: cleaning fee €100/Sheet rental €12/pair Towel kit €7/person WIFI box rental: €7/day or €39/week (deposit €140) Pets not accepted thank you.
