This 95 m² apartment is ideally located between Place Mellinet and Place René Bouhier. Located on the third and top floor with elevator, the layout includes
a vast entrance opening onto a large living room: kitchen, living room, dining room. This space features large bay windows with access to the balcony. The night area is separate and comprises three bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom and separate WC. The bedrooms also open onto the balcony.

A major advantage: secure private underground parking.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with its three bedrooms equipped as follows: 1 double bed (160X200), 1 double sofa bed (140X200) and two single beds (90X190). Note that it is possible to combine the 2 single beds to make a double bed.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, so all you have to do is put your suitcases down. Facilities include: Nespresso coffee machine, wifi connection, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Neighborhood and transport

All the shops you need are around 7 minutes' walk away (bakery, supermarket, etc.).
Located 10 /15 minutes' walk from the center of Nantes and 5 minutes' walk from tramway line 1 and bus lines C1, C3 and 11! These will take you to the Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the train station in less than 15 minutes. The Machines de l'île are just a 15-minute walk away. As you can see, Epicéa is ideally located for your stay in Nantes.
