Beautiful first-floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1,100 square feet) condominium inside well-maintained gated, intown condo community. Tranquilo at Plaza Villas also has 2 patios, a well-equipped kitchen, in-condo laundry room, and spacious, comfortably furnished living/dining area with 55" smart t.v. Bedrooms each have a king-size bed (one can be arranged as two twin extra-long beds) with a t.v. and DVD player. Plaza Villas has two beautiful swimming pools, a hot tub, a tennis court, and spectacular lawns and gardens...all within a few feet of the Palm Springs Convention Center, the Spa Resort Casino, restaurants and cultural attractions. Great stay

The location is the best. Walkable to so much; coffee shops restaurants, casino, movie theater, museums. shopping! Condo super comfortable, clean and everything needed for a great relaxing vacation. The host Stephen was wonderful. Will definitely stay again.

Great Palm Springs Getaway

We stayed for two weeks in this great condo which was close to great restaurants and attractions in downtown PS. Our hosts were excellent and helpful. We are coming back next year!

The property was in an ideal location... walking distance to everything and the grounds are beautiful. The unit is also ideally located within the premises and was clean and well-equipped. We would stay there again.

Downtown Plaza Villa Review

We had a wonderful stay in the Plaza Villas downtown Palm Springs. The property was in great condition and getting to and around town was within easy walking distance. Highly recommend planning your stay here. The owner was excellent with check in and check out and we had no problems during our stay. We’ll definitely consider returning next year.

Awesome Condo Complex

We loved staying at the Plaza Villas. This condo was well equipped and had everything that we needed. The location was excellent. My 80 year old mother could walk to the restaurants and shopping nearby. We loved the casino right across the street. The pools in the complex are super! Would definitely stay again. Stephen, our host was very friendly and helpful!

The condo and property was as described. The condo/property was immaculate. The place was quiet. The condo was stocked with basic needs. The location was stellar. Stephen was an excellent host. Communication was top notch. I would definitely stay here again.

Golden girls

Four “golden girls” enjoyed their stay at Stephen’s VRBO immensely! Stephen has an immaculate, comfortable condo in a perfect location especially for those who like walk around Palm Springs. Great pool. Beautiful grounds. Stephen is a great host and was good about staying in touch. Can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous Stay!

We had a fabulous time at this condo. It is designer chic and well appointed. The bed and pillows were comfy. There were plenty of extra towels for the pool and bath. The kitchen had everything you would need plus a washer and dryer that was very handy because we ran out of clothes. The pool was paradise. It was like being at a resort. The most important part, we found were the hosts. They were kind, responsive and very welcoming . They couldn't be much better. iI is walking distance to most of downtown. Whenever we are in Palm Springs it is our go to place. If we could give it a 10, we would.

Very clean and comfortable

This place was immaculate and as described. Very comfortable and spacious with nice furniture. It doesn’t get a lot of direct sun but in Palm springs that can be a blessing. There are two patios. The complex is so quiet. Stephen was incredibly responsive to our questions and offered to greet us at the beginning and end. Unfortunately the air conditioner broke while we were there. Within a hour someone was there to try and fix it even though it was the end of the day. When that didn’t work, a new air conditioner was installed the next day! Would definitely stay again.

Great location and quiet

This was the perfect location for us and our friends to stay. Mornings were spent with a light breakfast on the patio, the afternoons by a quiet pool that was the perfect temperature, then we’d walk into downtown for dinner. Didn’t have to worry about drinking some wine or beer with dinner as it was a short 15 minute walk back. Stephen was great to communicate with. He greeted us and showed us around the property when we arrived. We would stay here again.
