Our condo is Hip, Modern, and Artsy. We feature west mountain views 1 bedroom, 2 baths, and a sleeper sofa. You will be walking distance to hiking, biking and grocery stores. If relaxing is what you have in mind then our patio offers lots of that or go lounge by the pool and soak up the desert sun. Don't forget Golfing. We are across the street from Tahquitz Creek Golf Course.

Mid Century Getaway

This property was amazing. Loved the mid century modern decor, the unit was really comfortable and it had all we needed. The pool was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with our stay

The property was perfect for us. Location very convenient (near grocery stores, shopping, hiking trails, transit corridors). The Unit was just what we were expecting from the listing photos. Kitchen had everything we needed and more, plus having 2 full bathrooms was a plus. The deck was wonderful to sit and relax while taking in the view of the palm trees and mountain as well as the pool area. Grady was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again.

5 Star Palm Springs Decor

The decor of this condo was really fun and it was really well equipped. Located in an older complex, we loved the location. There were a couple of issues that manager Grady did his best to address. Loved the laundry in unit but the bathrooms were quite small. Fair value.

Perfect retreat in Palm Springs

This property was perfect for us. Instead of a large condo complex , we found a friendly two story ring of condos facing lawn and a pool and hot tub . There’s a Pickleball court to the side and our condo was a mid-century modern delight. We plan to return for two weeks next time.

Absolute perfect- again!

This was our second stay and it was like we never left. The space is immaculate, in a wonderful location close to just about everything, we love the pool and hot tub (also maintained beautifully), and the condo is so well stocked that it has everything never knew you’d needed. Mel and Grady are excellent communicators and so welcoming. We miss it already! See you next year!

Great spot! Would book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Canyon Villas. The unit was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we were met by Grady who took the time to show us around. He was extremely easy to work with. As others have said the decor is very much Palm Springs and we enjoyed the open spaciousness. Kitchen was very well equipped. Great location near to shops, hiking, golf, etc. Please be aware that it is on the 2nd floor, which makes for a lovely view but maybe not that great for people with mobility issues.

Modernism all the way

This condo has everything you need. Everything was done in modernism style with art, furniture and even dishes. Parking is very near. Pickleball is active. We would definitely return.

The one odd thing about this lovely condo is that the pools have no furniture. No lounge chairs, no umbrellas, no chairs, nothing.We were told the owners did not want any furniture to stay at the pool??!!

Perfect getaway in Palm Springs

Beautifully decorated apartment that was clean and stocked with EVERYTHING we needed for our Coachella + golf week! Also a great location for hiking trails and visiting Joshua Tree. The pool was perfect for the 95+ degree weather during our stay. One and only downside was that the universal remote didn’t work properly so we couldn’t use the huge 65” TV to unwind at the end of the day.

Palm Springs getaway

This unit is everything you would hope it would be! Decorated beautifully in full mid century modern, every detail was on point! Beautiful patio to watch gorgeous sunsets. The grounds are are immaculate with pool, hot tub and very kind neighbors. Very quiet a perfect golf getaway for the 2 of us! We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Our favorite rental ever.

This space was just remarkable. It was spotless. Decorated beautifully. The location was perfect, the pool area was gorgeous, and the neighbors were kind. We loved every detail about our stay, and our stay was really about the details…anything we needed was already there. The kitchen was impressively stocked. Lots of storage. The bed was so so comfortable. This was a 10/10 stay and we can’t wait to come back!

The property is perfectly located for us. The unit was wonderfully furnished with modern decor. The unit was so well stocked. It even had tennis rackets and balls, pickle ball rackets and balls. Grady is always very available and helpful. He answers phone calls and texts promptly.

Great Desert Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Canyon Villas. The unit is well appointed and tastefully decorated. It was fully stocked with supplies and was very clean. Our host Grady met with us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The community is very welcoming. The grounds are attractive and well kept. We especially enjoyed the fruit from the orange and grapefruit trees! We can't wait to return for another desert vacation.

Great Condo, everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable break. Good location a very nice on site pool and a very quiet area. Condo has been finished to a very high standard with comfortable and quality furnishings, the only minus from us, the air conditioning is a little noisy but you soon get used to it. Overall we had a great time.

Everything we were looking for in Palm Springs

My husband and I spent a month in Palm Springs to check it out as a possible retirement destination. We were so pleased with the unit. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and had wonderful decor reflecting Palm Springs. The kitchen had more than enough glassware, dishes and cookware. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious patio and the grill. We found the community welcoming, appreciated how close the tennis and pickleball courts were and loved that the hot tub was actually hot. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a long term stay

We enjoyed the modern accommodations which were new and clean. The terrace was wonderful for morning tea and working as views are so pretty and seating very comfortable. Afternoon sun hits the terrace but we would rather be by the pool. Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and barbecue was perfect. Closeness to demuth park for group Pickleball but property also has 2 tennis courts with the Pickleball lines. Vons supermarket was very close. Just all very comfortable and convenient. We stayed 9 nights but could have stayed much longer.
