Brand new, comfortably furnished 3-bdrm, 2 bath home ready for a family to enjoy the village and beaches of La Jolla. Garage, remote controlled fireplace, outdoor living spaces, new appliances with induction range, plenty of storage, laundry in unit are among the wonderful amenities to make life more enjoyable. This comfortable single story home offers an open floor plan and a sunny outside lounging area. As you enter the security gate, you'll see plenty of space to lounge, relax and share meals with your family. Once inside and through the Dutch Door Entry, you'll find welcoming furniture, pictures of local beaches, a large 65" TV above the electronic fireplace, a laundry room, and a large eat-in kitchen among other amenities.

The beautiful kitchen shows off new stainless steel appliances highlighted by a specialized magnetic induction stove. These appliances will make your cooking and dining experiences both special and memorable.

The three bedrooms and two bathrooms allow plenty of room for your family to spread out and enjoy being on vacation.

Garage parking with additional outside spaces allow for private off-street parking. Great restaurants, shopping and entertainment in the Village of La Jolla are just minutes away.

Fabulous beach house in walking distance to the ocean

This property was great for our family spring break get away! The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk away. The house was really comfortable and fit all 7 of us nicely. The beds were all really comfortable as well. We had a small question when we arrived, and the owner responded right away. We recommend this property and would love to go back.

All Around Great

Our stay was all around GREAT! Beautiful, quiet spot in one of the most beautiful parts of San Diego. Room in the driveway for our camper van. We loved the patio for hanging out and soaking up some rays. Easy walk down to an iconic beach, WindanSea or into the downtown area of La Jolla and the Cove. The actual house is great too. Well layed out, plenty of room, nice kitchen and appliances. Simple, clean, modern. It was a perfect base for us for visiting family and friends and spending the holidays! Thank you—We hope to return soon!

Great Place!

My family and I stayed here for 9 nights and it was a great experience. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice. It was located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We would highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation.

Hidden gem in La Jolla

The photos don’t do this fabulous property justice. Very roomy and comfortable home with very nice linens and everything you need. It is in a fabulous location, walkable to restaurants, a gourmet market and the beach. Beach is .4 miles down the road (on a gently sloping hill) and all the beach gear you need (including a wagon) is provided. We stay in San Diego most summers and this is the best vacation rental we’ve found (considering the price and location) yet.

California beach trip

We had a fantastic time at this LaJolla house. Everything was very clean, lots of linens available along with some beach towels. The house was spacious, great kitchen and and plenty of bedroom space for everyone to spread out. Washer and dryer access were very helpful as well after multiple beach days. There were boogie boards along with a wagon to help carry stuff to the beach. Places to hose off feet made it easy to not track sand into the house, and the patio was beautiful to eat outside and grill. If you aren’t familiar with the area, know that the 2 blocks to the beach are a long two blocks and there are some steps steps down. This isn’t a criticism at all, just to be aware if you have little ones or mobility concerns. If you don’t mind walking, you can do a lot without having to contend with LaJolla traffic/parking. Otherwise, activities and restaurants still aren’t far- I’d just recommend leaving early if you will be needing to get street parking. . We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area!!

A nice house, blocks away from beach.

Being able to over-communicate with Kim was great, she was kind and helpful. I would book again. The location was a okay, it’s about 10-15 min away from the freeway, traffic can be difficult but most neighbors are friendly. I liked the keyless entry, I’m tech savvy, the kitchen was open floor plan to the living room, it’s great although the kitchen faucet was difficult to work with. The kitchen faucet was hard to work with, sometimes water wouldn’t come out, idk why, the stove was ok but didn’t like how it only takes certain a pans and you can’t use any other type of pans. I admired that there was an binder that provided some instructions for parking, WiFi, the heater, stove, TV and more. The place was modern and impressive. Great for family gatherings of ~20 people. The dual A/C and heater was a bit confusing to set, one was specifically a heater and another A/C. Parking was good, 2 spots available, plus ally parking. We didn’t face any major issues with appliances. The mattress weren’t the best, the master bedroom was a king but stiff, 2nd room, a queen, a bit softer and 3rd room, bunk beds, basic support but not ergonomic. Bathrooms were good, lots of extra linen and towels. Patio is great, open floor for another 10 people. Overall it’s a great rental but there are some jimprovements needed, to use the heater and kitchen faucet.

FANTASIC HOUSE!

This house was just perfect for our vacation in San Diego. My husband and I always give my son's family a vacation for a Christmas present. There were 6 of us - 2 kids and 4 adults - and even with 6 of us, the house felt very roomy. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and was within walking distance to the beach. My grandsons were thrilled with the bunk bed room. The patio was wonderful; coming from the Seattle rain it felt so good to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sun. I'd definitely book this house again next time we visit San Diego.

Great home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in La Jolla. The location was great. Just blocks from the ocean and a local park. Having such a walkable location was definitely one of our priorities. The house itself was thoughtfully planned, laid out and updated, with plenty of storage. Having a patio outside was also wonderful. Thank you Kim, we will definitely be back!

Great place!

The pictures don’t do this darling place justice. It is really nicely updated and the kitchen is well stocked with pots pans, etc. my only caveat is that if you want to cook a lot, bring your own sharp knife if you can (super minor!). Also, beds are on the hard side in case you don’t like that. We would totally stay again!

Nice property in a great location

House had everything we needed. They thought of nearly everything. We rented a minivan which was a little tough to get in and out of the driveway because of the narrow road with street parking. Best to have a smaller car.

Beach getaway

Property was clean, light and inviting. We loved our stay at this property, everything was just as described. Kim was easy to contact if we had questions. The kitchen as well as bedding and towels were well stocked. House is in a nice neighborhood, having its own parking was great and the short walk to the beach was a huge plus. One of the best vrbo's we have stayed in. We would absolutely look this property up again if we get the chance to return to this beautiful area.

Paradise in the alley

This property was perfectly set up for us and the location could not have been better for beach access and many fine restaurants. The street where this unit is is very quiet sort of off the beat and path. The unit was impeccably clean and well stocked. The 2 bathrooms had more than adequate functioning. There was a washer dryer that we used several times. The open concept living area kitchen was perfect. There was off street parking for at least 2 cars. The house was comfortable and well lit. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable

This is a very nice home just a few blocks from the beach. There were plenty of nice towels and washcloths. We didn’t cook but if you wanted to, the kitchen had just about everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of dishes, cups and glasses. The beds and couches were very comfortable. There are quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Exceptional house and location

We could not have been more pleased with our stay here! The home is so clean, cozy and beautiful and has all the amenities you could ask for! Beautiful Accessible Property

This house has everything you could want or need. It was immaculately clean and offered brand new appliances, lighting, HVAC system etc. In short a perfect location. This home obviously needed a whole lot of TLC in August of 2019, and I was ready for a project. With the help of my wonderful contractor and his wife, we turned this building into a lovely and efficient home right in the middle of a very special neighborhood.
