Located just two blocks from the lake, you can spend your days swimming, boating, wakeboarding, or fishing — and your evenings relaxing by the outdoor firepit or enjoying a friendly competition in the game room.

The water is a slow sloping grade on the Oklahoma side of the lake. Get ready to enjoy your stay. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close. The community boat launch is just to the east. Bring your golf cart and drive down to the water or over to the boat ramp in this golf cart friendly community. Buncombe creek marina is about 10 minutes away if you need a day slip. Our property was made for enjoying your lake stay. It offers durable concrete floors and a simple design to bring friends and family together for a great weekend on Lake Texoma. Enjoy getting out of the city for week or a weekend!

This was a guys fishing trip for my husband's 50th birthday and this was the perfect place for them. The house had everything like a grill and game room. Plenty of space and was very clean. The pictures do not do the home justice. It’s beautiful and roomy. The lake is a 5 min walk and the shore is covered in beautiful beach like sand. The amenities in the house are enough to get you to stay in. My family and I had a great time and will definitely book next fall break for the kids.

End of summer getaway

My husband and I, our children and grandchildren all enjoyed the house and yard. Plenty of room to spread out. Game room was a nice plus. Short walk to a beautiful sandy beach with trees to sit under if you don’t want the sun. I would recommend this property to everyone.
