Modern, 180-square-meter, air-conditioned villa near Cannes

Come and discover the French Riviera and its postcard landscapes in this magnificent villa recently built (2019).

Ideally located in La Roquette-sur-Siagne, less than 10 minutes from the seaside and its beaches, this 180 m2 villa with its swimming pool, beautiful wooden terrace, garden and basement will offer you all the comfort and leisure for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.

Located in a cul-de-sac, calm and security are guaranteed.
Recently built, the materials and equipment will seduce you and bring you quality comfort with large spaces (living room/kitchen of 87m2).
An equally large basement with its ping-pong table, soccer and weight training area, and darts corner, will be a real playground for young and old.

La Roquette-sur-Siagne is a suburban town located 5 minutes from Cannes and the beaches of Mandelieu, La Napoule or La Bocca.
There are many summer activities in July and August in the town and its small neighbour Pégomas, in addition to the major events in Cannes such as the fireworks festival
Shops and restaurants are nearby as well as a children's park, city stadium and skate park within walking distance.

We have two little cats, very attached to the house and their freedom in this little corner of paradise.
The rental of the house cannot be done without them. So if you also like animals, this house will perfectly meet your expectations. They mainly need kibble morning and evening, and will not bother you more than that.

Fantastic Villa and hosts

Superb week in lovely accommodation exactly as described. The hosts Laurence and Nicolas were excellent, going out of their way to welcome us even at beyond midnight as our plane was late. They were responsive to all emails and contact and checked in regularly to make sure our stay was going well. Villa is situated in a really quiet corner which makes for a super relaxed stay. Access is easy to Cannes and beyond although the villa was so nice we didn’t go far. South facing garden with beautiful views of the hills and the pool were difficult to drag ourselves away from. The villa has a gym and play area in the basement which kept my girls entertained and fit! The air conditioning is superb! The villa has 2 wonderful cats who are super friendly and come and go without disturbing anyone. Fed in the morning and in the evening they were a great addition to the week. My girls loved them! We would definitely return.
