Great communication in advance of our stay with Vincent and the manager was very welcoming on arrival.We loved our stay in this beautiful & spacious Penthouse, with outstanding architecture & stunning views from the top floor.It is close to tourist attractions & conveniently located to a Aldi supermarket.We had a very comfortable stay, it was clean, has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of glasses, plates etc.Must mention, being three ladies, the security of the building was brilliant & we felt very safe.

The apartment was awesome. Managed a wonderful combination of fancy yet comfortable. Views from the penthouse were amazing day and night. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Comfortable beds. Great location. Great communication. Was sorry we couldn;t stay a few more days. Would recommend and return.

Fabulous apartment with lovely roof terrace in a fairly quiet area but within reasonable walking distance of the main sights. The apartment was very clean and extremely well equipped. Communication with the host, Vincent was excellent and directions for check in and out all very clear. Handy supermarket in the neighbouring block for any necessities but a few welcome items were also provided. Overall our group was very happy with this choice of place to stay in Budapest and would definitely recommend it.

The property was wonderful. It is everything stated in the heading “Modern Art Nouveau Penthouse with fantastic views over Budapest”. The penthouse is in the 6th (and 7th) floor(s) of a beautiful old building. The fun part is it’s not just the apartment that’s Art Nouveau. The building has gorgeous stained glass windows that you can see from the stairs and twisted columns you can admire as you wait for the elevator. Part of the reason we chose the apartment is that we needed larger apartment for 2 couples. This was perfect. Ample space for everyone. It also had a combo washing machine/dryer that we knew we’d need for the week we were staying there. The views were spectacular, especially at night. The apartment is a few blocks from the parliament building and about the same from the Danube. Everything is lit up at night, the parliament building, Castle Hill (on the Buda side), the Wheel and the bridges over the Danube.We loved staying here and our interactions with Vincent and his staff of people helping us to make our time in Budapest more enjoyable.

Great Location

Upscale neighborhood, convenient grocery at corner. Spacious unit. There is an elevator to get to unit, but must be able to walk stairs in unit if want to be in main living area. Good supplies of coffee, cream and soap.

Perfect in every way

Top class accommodation with seamless communication with the host and check in manager. The apartment has the best views of the city and completely updated fixtures. Best location. This is the place to stay for Budapest!

Perfect place to explore Budapest!

Vincent’s Art Nouveau Apartment is exactly as the pictures show- well appointed; beautiful views; lots of space. The location is excellent to explore Budapest by foot and close to public transportation. There is an Aldi 1/2 block away. I would stay again and highly recommend this apartment!

Beautiful Penthouse!

The home was stunning and the check in and out process was not only easy but personal! There was a slight issue with one of the toilets that was addressed quickly! The location was perfect for wandering the city

Christmastime in Budapest

Fabulous stay for 4 nights. Great location with easy walking to all key tourist sights. Greatly enjoyed relaxing in the "sky lounge" (upper level living room) with amazing night-time views of Parliament dome and Castle. Owner was extremely prompt with responses and check in and out was timely and smooth. One of the best places we have rented. Would definitely recommend. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful apartment! We are so happy we stayed here!

We enjoyed five nights in this amazing apartment within walking distance of many important Budapest sites and restaurants, including the Parliament and St. Stephen's cathedral. The air conditioning made our summer stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace off the kitchen and the upstairs living room with gorgeous views of Budapest through two walls of windows. Everything was comfortable and well-appointed.

Loved Both Budapest and Apartment

Budapest is a stunning city with history and modernity. The apartment was just as described and in an absolutely perfect location -- so much transit nearby and walkable to tons of restaurants and sites. We had a 5 year old in the group and she loved the two terrific playgrounds a few blocks away. Despite being in the middle of it all the apartment was very quiet, in addition to two lovely outdoor spaces we loved given the great weather while we were there.

Outstanding Property

We holidayed in Budapest as a group of 7 so we utilised all the beds. Everything was exactly as promised. Arrival & departure were both efficient. The views from the top level lounge are immense, particularly at night. We made good use of the outdoor seating & terrace for sitting and eating. Air conditioning throughout worked perfectly in the hot weather. Perfect.

Awesome Place to Stay

Great place to stay. 5 min walk to the Parlimant, 1 min walk to Aldi grocery store and easy walking distance to all key landmarks on the Pest side. Beautiful apartment that slept 7 comfortably. Spacious to lounge around with a cocktail and the family room view overlooking Budapest is stunning. You can see every major Budapest landmark at night. Hosts are awesome and easy to communicate with. Very secure area and entry points. Would stay here again.

Unesco heritage apartment at its best

This apartment amazed and delighted two couples, mother and daughter, and single friend. The nighttime view is simply stunning. The terrace is relaxing. The unit is laid out for privacy with plenty of bathroom availability. Aldi within a stones throw and lovely restaurants almost as close. Location is perfect. We clearly cannot say enough about how wonderful this unit is.

Best place to stay in Budapest ever!

We rented this apartment based on the reviews on VRBO. We agree with every single 5 star review we read. Perfect, like everyone says. I only want to add that the beds were extremely comfortable!!! With REAL innerspring mattresses that were about 10" thick. Not 2". Since we have back issues, this was really important for us. If we go back to Budapest, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else

Most amazing apartment in Budapest

200m2 of beauty in the 11th district. The apartment was spotless. Big bedrooms, a gorgeous kitchen and a spacious terras on the groundfloor of this duplex apartment. The livingroom is on the second floor with an amazing view over Budapest. Had the time of my life and will sure visit again. Thanks guys for setting up a x-mass tree for us!

Stunning penthouse apartment in downtown Budapest

This apartment is as perfect as you can get for a visit to Budapest! Our breath was taken away the second we walked in, the views, the rooms, the place is incredibly clean and just gorgeous. Check in was fantastic, the property manager knew everything about the apartment and the area and really took the time to answer our questions. There is a comprehensive guide book to every single thing in the apartment, as well as places to eat that goes far beyond anything I have ever seen in a VRBO. Finally, the location

.steps from the Parliament and the Danube, a straight shot to Fashion Street and the oriaskerek, easy walking distance to St. Stephen’s Basilica and at least 3 Michelin starred restaurants, and a very easy 10 minute walk to the chain bridge. The host Vincent responded very quickly to any and all questions and was extremely communicative. This place is an 11 out of 10 stars and I hope we are able to stay here the next time we visit Budapest!!!

A lot to love with some improvements needed.

Our party of three stayed here for four nights in early June. Pros: -The location is wonderful. The parliament building is 5 minutes away and all other major attractions can be reached by foot in 25 minutes. There are so many restaurants, a nice park and a parking garage right next to the building. -The views from every room are incredible. -The split AC units in every room are great. -The space is nicely spread out. -We never cooked in the kitchen but it has everything you need if you choose to cook. -The beds were comfortable -Elevator always quick and easy. Improvements: -The apartment needs a good cleaning. Both bathrooms had significant mold, the rafters in the ceiling had a lot of cobwebs and it overall felt tired. -They only give you one blanket and one pillow per occupant and the pillows are quite uncomfortable (our preference). We definitely needed more pillows and blankets. -Checking out is inconvenient as someone meets you at the apartment to give you back your $100 damage deposit. We were ready to go early but then had to wait for the scheduled departure time. Not a big deal, just mildly inconvenient. -Lighting is bad in the bathrooms/bedrooms. Missing soap. We did contact the manager about the mold, missing pillows/blankets, soap, lack of lighting, etc and were given some excuses but should have been handled as soon as we reached out. Especially the mold. It's a nice place with great views but we would not stay here again.
