A two-storey house with terrace and garden. located in the house with about 80 square meters of living space
located on the ground floor a cozy living room with a large sofa, coffee table,
a television. Adjoining the living room is a dining room with a large table and matching chairs.
The small but well-equipped kitchen has everything to prepare a complete meal.
In addition, the bathroom with bath & shower, a toilet and a stop / washroom are
with washer & iron in the lower floor. On the upper floor you find the great
Double bedroom (can also be set up as two single beds) and wardrobe,
an inviting sitting area with chairs for reading and relaxing as well as an extra bed available.
Another way to relax, the large garden with patio and conservatory.
Here is a modern grill, deckchairs, parasol and garden furniture.
In addition there is a private parking space for your car directly at the property. The property is completely fenced, ideal for pets.
