Residence: The Les Balcons du Soleil residence is located at the entrance to the Peyragudes resort on the Peyresourde side, on the Balestas plateau. Facing the valley, it benefits from a magnificent view of the mountain range and the Louron valley. Close to the slopes, ski lifts, and shops, this residence is the ideal place to spend a pleasant family vacation. Free outdoor parking is at your disposal



Accommodation: Apartment (level 2,approx.35m2), with balcony or terrace located in the residence Les Balcons du Soleil 400 meters from the slopes.Access to the slopes provided by a free shuttle and return skis to the feet by a blue track accessible to all.Bedroom with 1 double bed and cabin with 1 bunk bed in 90 (2 beds, the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years).Living room with 2 benches bed in 90 and TV.Kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher..Bathroom with separate bath and toilet.Independent ski box on the ground floor.Possibility to have wifi access in the apartment (extra charge)On-demand services to be arranged on site: bed linen or toilet rental, underground parking, animal tax, end-of-stay cleaning, cot, high chair, wifi box...Think about booking them before your stay!!The + summer/winter :Free and unlimited access to Spassio :bassin opened on the west by large bay windows that provide a beautiful view of the ski area of Peyragudes.
