ARCHITECTURALLY DESIGNED VILLA WITH A POOL

Set amid wooded grounds, this 150-square-meter villa is constructed of raw concrete—both inside and out—that resembles rock, blending charm and modernity, luxury and warmth.

It was designed by Jean Pierre Lott, a renowned architect known for the Villa Troglodyte in Monaco. It blends into the Mediterranean scrub to remain environmentally sensitive. Its architecture is modern, minimalist, and chic, with a design entirely focused on quality of life and spaciousness.

The villa stands out for its unique features:
- a sweeping view of the mountains from every room in the villa
- an architectural layout centered around a large living area that opens completely onto the wooden terrace and its heated, secure seawater pool

From the entry hall, you’ll enter a spacious living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining room. A pantry and laundry room are adjacent to the kitchen.
