The apartment is located at the marina of Sant'ambroggio between Calvi and the red island.<br>The apartment is equipped for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area, as well as a beautiful terrace with sea view, seafront with sea access at 50 steps (less than 30 metres). <br><br>Avenue de la Mer, Prunicce district at n°7<br><br>From the terrace you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the sea. Très belle maison avec une vue magnifique.Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Virginie qui nous a très vite familiarisé avec le logement, elle nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurant, la liste des commerces de proximité.Le logement est moderne très propre, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé et surtout au calme à deux pas de la mer. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse, là encore tout le nécessaire s'y trouve : bbq, transat, table.Bref, un endroit qui sent bon la dolce vita.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l appart a été refait à neuf dernièrement, il est propre, bien équipé, calme, à 5 minutes à pieds de la mer et la vue est superbe... Que des qualités! On le recommande vivement !
