Let yourself be charmed by this beautiful fisherman's house in the heart of the village of Plouhinec, an essential stopover for swimming enthusiasts! From the port of Vieux-Passage to the Barre d'Etel, you will be seduced by the sea air of Morbihan.
Comfortably accommodating 6 travelers, the house is composed on the first floor of a living room with dining area, an open and fully equipped kitchen, on the second floor a master suite with bathroom and dressing room and on the second floor two beautiful bedrooms with bathroom.
Sheets and towels provided, WiFi, you just have to put your bags down!

The accommodation
With a surface area of 110 m², the house is as follows:

Day area :
- Bright living room, furnished with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed (sleeps 2), a coffee table, a TV, a DVD player and a dining table.
- Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: an oven, a fridge, hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, crockery and cutlery.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: on the first floor, a master suite with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), a dressing room as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bubble bath, a large washbasin, a separate toilet and a laundry area.
- Bedroom 2: on the second floor, two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) that can be joined together to form a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 3: on the second floor, a pull-out bed (sleeps 2).
- Bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin.
- 2 Separates toilets.

Neighbourhood:
The accommodation is located a few metres from the church of Plouhinec in the heart of the village, there are all the local shops: bakery, butcher's shop, post office, wine cellar, press... A little further on and still accessible on foot you will find a supermarket.

At the eastern end of Quiberon Bay, discover the ria d'Étel, an amazing marriage between land and sea. Stretching over 22 km, this arm of the sea is home to small authentic ports, secret beaches and famous oyster beds.

- Relaxation on the beach, fishing on foot or water activities: boat cruise, kayaking, sailing, paddle, diving...
- Visit the village of Saint-Cado in Belz, the village of Magouër, Carnac, La Trinité...

- Interceltic Festival of Lorient during the first half of August.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
