Unit was as advertised. The check in process was seamless with constant timely contact with host. Clean, comfortable for our party of 8 each requiring their own bed. Good location. Close to several bars and pubs. Parking was limited but we knew that prior to booking. Would definitely stay in this property again.

Nice property that fit our groups needs well (10 people) - seems the max 18 would be a real squeeze. Host very responsive and helpful. Some mice issues in property (it’s older) but host was dealing with it. Beware Saint Laurent is a busy street with partiers active until 3am! Bit loud for our 60 crowd, but chosen for location relative to the World Cycling Champs course.

Great location. Close to St. Catherine and all the great pubs and restaurants. 20min walk to Montreal and just down the street from Schwartz deli. Pablo was a great host, we had no issues.Thanks

We had a great time with 2 families with teenagers. The apartments had everything we needed and was very clean. Excellent restaurants on doorstep and easily walkable to the old port.

The apartments were perfect! The location is great - right in the middle of Sainte-Laurent, which is a short walk from any bars, breweries and great restaurants you might want to try. The apartments are very spacious; 12 of us stayed for the weekend and it never once felt cramped. Very clean, plenty of bedrooms, and nice living areas to hang out in. It's the perfect spot.

The apartment is very spacious, light filled, and in an incredible location.Overall, it was in wonderful condition and almost everything seemed new and clean and upgraded. Some of the furniture was worn and uncomfortable, some of the bathroom fixtures were loose and wobbly, and one of the sinks wasn’t draining properly.Otherwise it’s a fantastic value for a very nice spacious place, and we would definitely go back.

The apartment is a 3rd floor walk up located on a broad street close to old Montreal, Chinatown, great restaurants, markets, bars, and a spa experience you won’t forget!The apartment is 2 apartments on the top floor of a building which also houses 2 apartments on the second level and a lovely restaurant at street level. The stairwell is accessed by a keypad lock at street level. The apartments each also have keypad locks. We arrived before the apartment was ready but the host allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment so we could enjoy our first day! There is a balcony shared by the 2 apartments which overlooks a quiet shaded space we enjoyed. Apartment 3 has a full bathroom 2 bedrooms kitchen, dining and living room. Apartment 4 has something we came to appreciate with our large group, a half bath with a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower and sink. We tended to use this apartment as our gathering place for meals and drinks. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of dishes and everything else needed. We enjoyed the large windows overlooking the tree lined street below. Beds are comfortable! From here we found it’s easy to walk to almost everything on our must do lists. We will stay here when we return!

Nice place

It had a lot of space, nice for our family. Some issues with doors not closing on two of the bedrooms, but we were able to make do.

Great weekend!

The location for this spot is unmatched. Went with a few friends and we ate well and thoroughly enjoyed Montreal. The place was clean and easy to access. Highly recommend.

Great location

The location of this property is great. You are in the middle of everything and can walk to many places. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Having two of everything was a plus for my family and friends. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a Bachelor Party!

Just based on the map, we felt this was the perfect location for a weekend bachelor getaway. There were 11 of us. Theres plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to 2 metro stations and 1 bus stop. The host was very accomodating and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Check-out process was easy. Would absolutely stay again with another big group!

Pablo is a most excellent and responsive host. The two apartment setup was perfect for my group of 5 long-term colleagues who held a few days of meetings and stayed together.It was bright, conducive to relaxation in common areas, and close to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Nicely equipped. Our only surprise was the immediate neighbourhood and the noise level in the 4 bedrooms which face out to the very "happening" street outside. The after-midnight noise from the street, even during the week,is really loud. It starts about 10 pm and dies until 3 am or even 4 am., The neighborhood itself is clearly in decline, although also still funky and eclectic, and you can easily see it was once really great. It is still adjacent to some really nice areas. Now it is full of people in dire circumstances, along with a mix of many young people, partiers and interesting folk! However, crowds congregating in the street right outside singing, laughing, sometimes fighting, till long after the many bars around closed made sleeping a challenge. However, we bought earplugs and managed. Besides this issue, the apartments were perfect- as described, very pleasant, and well maintained. If this was described, I missed it. I did later read reviews more thoroughly and see I was not alone. That was the only problem for us- it's a convenient, lovely place to stay. Again, host Pablo was so professional, easy to work with, and responsive. A very good experience. Thank you!

Great neighborhood and roomy property!

The apartments were large and comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking. Everything was clean. The only slight drawback was the street noise. It is a really great neighborhood with lots to do.

Amazing stay! Pablo was a great host, very responsive every time I reached out and always helpful. The double apartments were closer together than we expected which was great, because we did not feel very separated. The living room of the larger unit was thankfully large enough to fit all 18 of us when not sleeping, so meals and hanging out were comfortable. We loved these apartments are were honestly shocked at the size and cleanliness considering its prime location. 10/10 would stay here again! Thank you for having us :)

Great property in the heart of Montreal

I recently stayed at this property with a group of my college friends for a weekend in Montreal. The apartment was awesome. Spotlessly clean and newly renovated, the apartment could not have been better located for an amazing weekend in Montreal. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was given the central location. Two huge thumbs up!
