Beautiful detached house located in a neighborhood of the village of Larceveau, 15km from St Jean-Pied-de-Port. On the ground floor you will find: - a large entrance hall in the former "eskaratz" (traditional Tahitian house) - a 75m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave), living room, and lounge (wood-burning stove, TV) - a utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, large refrigerator, large freezer) - 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160cm), and en-suite bathrooms - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), and an en-suite shower room - 2 separate toilets Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160cm), and an en-suite bathroom/toilet - 1 children's dormitory bedroom of 25m² (2 single beds, 2 bunk beds) with an en-suite shower room and toilet The bedrooms do not have shutters but blackout curtains. Upstairs in the house, a 55m² games room with a pool table and foosball, and a 45m² gym (bikes, elliptical trainer, treadmill, pull-up bar, exercise mats, etc.) are at your disposal, ideal for hosting workshops (yoga, seminars, etc.) but also for enjoying relaxing moments with family or friends! Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are available for rent. Bath mats and tea towels are provided. Reversible heating and air conditioning are included. Firewood is included. The covered terrace with views of the village and mountains is perfect for al fresco dining. The swimming pool (8 x 4m), heated from June to the end of September (weather permitting), is secured by a safety cover. A pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and children's games (swing, slide, darts) will allow you to have fun and enjoy the pleasant surroundings of the gîte. Large garden, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, parking. No party or evening event. ELIZETXEA: a beautiful farmhouse renovated into a comfortable and cozy 400m2 gîte, with private bathrooms, games room, gym, heated swimming pool and bowling alley for holidays with family or friends, yoga courses or seminars
